I bought this timer to help manage my study sessions, and it’s honestly been a game-changer. The count-up and count-down features are incredibly easy to use and can track up to nearly 200 hours—way more than I’ll ever need, but great to have! One of my favorite features is the day countdown. I set it to my exam date, and seeing the days tick down really helps keep me motivated. It’s a subtle push every time I look at it. The light and sound notifications are a smart touch. I like that you can choose between a short beep, longer beeps, or silence—which is especially useful in quiet libraries or shared spaces. The start/stop button feels super responsive and even a little fun to press—like a mini game button. It’s a small detail, but it actually makes sitting down to study feel a bit less like a chore. If you or your kids need a reliable, well-designed timer for studying or other timed activities, I definitely recommend this one!

I do wish the LCD had a small light to read the numbers better but then an on/off switch would need to be added to save the battery. There is no shutoff for the LCD. I am sure the batteries will last quite awhile. Good product, nice size and easy set. The instructions could be a bit more "instructional" on the functions and setting understanding of the features but easy enough to figure out on your own hopefully.

This is a fantastic little device! I use the stopwatch function exclusively and love it so much more than having to use my phone to keep track of how long I spend on tasks. The button at the top is also great. Not too sensitive, not to difficult to press. It's also very satisfying, like snapping a flip phone closed. It's great value for the money (in my opinion nothing can compare because of the button) and is compact (kinda like the size of a large mint tin). It looks great on my desk! My only issue with it is that there is no off button. It's actually kinda baffling to me that the device must stay on 24/7 unless you take the batteries out. That's literally the only reason why I'm dropping my rating to 4 stars. Although, if you don't mind that the battery life may drain faster with it being on all the time, I'm happy to report that there is zero noise level and no bright lights. So even if it must stay on, it's not a nuisance.

I had been looking a timer to help me remember to drink water (ik, ik) for a while. I wanted something i could set beside me when im working on a task that wouldn't startle me half to death when it goes off and would be easily reset to my preferred reminder time. This has been really great for my particular needs. I have it set on the low setting which is two rapid beeps at a tolerable (for me) volume with a small blinking light (I personally dont notice it unless im looking right at it). It does not keep sounding off and the light stops flashing on its own (im not sure how long, maybe a for a minute?). I double-tap the button (once to stop it, once to start it again). I drink some water and go back to my hobby. The timer is not backlit in case that impacts anyone's decision. Due to the nature of the start/stop button, it probably wouldnt be the best for carrying around in a bag or pocket.

I thought to myself, "I wish there was a desktop stopwatch I could push everytime I sit down to do work." Behold, this is the exact thing I needed. Even looks similar to what was in my head. No issues with this little thing, love it.

There isn’t a volume control button. The sound button changes the type of sound (one bip or multiple beeps). The volume isn’t jarring or overly loud so it’s easy on the ear. Colors are cute, and the start/stop tab is easy to use without fumbling to figure out the small buttons in other timers. Would recommend for office workers who want a quiet bell.

I use this as a project time clock to track how long I've been working on a project. It's a game changer and works flawlessly. Just hit the button when you start and hit the button when you stop. I manually log time at the end of the session in case I forget to hit stop so I can estimate the time I used it. But this is great for crafters, artisans, leather workers and painters to track how long you work on a project.

Was worried this doesn’t have clock as it’s only mentioned once in the photos but not in description. Asked in the Q+A and was told there is no clock. Searched several YT videos and most were to the older model which has a clock. Felt pretty certain it would be silly to have no clock but finally found two videos in different languages confirming there is a clock. This is great timer and the clock function was very important to me as I don’t want to rely on my phone to check the time. So here are the actual functions: clock, date, count down timer, counting up, a count down for days (like for an upcoming test date), three sounds levels (long beep, one beep, mute), and a switch to lock the buttons.

Je cherchais un minuteur de jeux (compte à rebours) qui soit pratique avec une utilisation intensive. Celui-ci convient: - le temps imparti est programmable, mémorisé et restaurable (bouton SET) - il est stable sur la table de jeux (taille convenable et muni de 4 patins) - gros bouton A/M d'accès immédiat - sonnerie en fin de temps écoulé discrète + témoin lumineux En fait, une fois les réglages effectués (dans mon cas pour jouer, réglage du temps imparti à 2 min par joueur), on n'utilise que 2 boutons : - appui sur SET puis START : le joueur 1 a au + 2 min pour jouer, supposons qu'il joue en 15s, - le joueur 2 enchaîne. Il faut alors appuyer sur STOP puis sur SET puis sur START pour redéclencher le compte à rebours: il aurait été judicieux de pouvoir faire directement SET puis START et donc que l'appui sur SET soit prioritaire. Livré en 1 jour, 2 piles AAA incluses, presque parfait!
