Fantastic Medium!
I purchased this based on a video posted on YouTube about different art products. This one seemed really interesting and I wanted to try it out, as I use a lot of watercolors, graphite and charcoal medium. Very interesting product. It's slightly different than typical watercolorz as it has a heavy body and the graphite has a very obvious difference in consultancy. It's easy to learn how to manipulate it, and it's fun figuring out how bet to use it. You can layer it if you work carefully, to achieve dark values and it can be reworked to create lighter values. It's very similar to a gouache in some respects because of how workable it is. Once dry, it can be erased fairly easily to allow further working of the surface, which means it has a lot of possibilities for projects. My biggest con is that it's obviously messy. It has a lot of loose graphite in the tin, but I know that's just how it has to be considering the medium is a pressed graphite. Just know that you'll want to be prepared for the eventual dust so it doesn't get onto your project accidentally. The other biggest thing to note is that you'll want to deal your work with a fixitif as soon as you finish, as it is a graphite, and will rub away and transfer if you do not. I haven't tested to see how it works with a coat of fixitif on the paper, but I assume it does not preform as well, so I suggest fixing it after you've completed it. A great medium though. Very fun to work with and I'm excited to use it in more projects!

Fun painting media
If you have never used graphite to paint with, you should try it. It’s not a true black but it’s pretty dark and works with water with watercolor. I just did a painting of pears on gesso textured paper and love the look of graphite on the texture paper. This is a good quality product for professional art creating. Try it! Good value for the money.

Simple and awesome
I love this stuff. Adds a new dimension to watercolor and pencil. I carry a multi media sketchbook, an arteza water brush, a blending stump and this stuff, everywhere. I’m an extreme doodler, and this stuff ups the game. It’s fun, easy and cleanup is…none-ish. I’d give more stars if I could.

Very nice
It's a nice product, a nice gift for the graphite artist in your life. It looks posh in its little tin. Once dry, it can smear, so you can shade with it, but I'm having a hard time erasing it.

My new favorite art supply
My new favorite art supply. I work in charcoal and graphite most of the time. This little tin of graphite saves me a lot of time covering big areas of my drawings. It can be built up to a really dark or left as a lighter value. It leaves a natural texture that I like as well. It's the most forgiving medium I've ever used as it easily reactivates and can be reworked. Perfect for urban sketching as well. I've used the heck out of this stuff and have barely scratched the surface. It's going to last a really really long time. If I could only have three art supplies it would be this little tin, a water brush, and a good sketchbook.

Great product
I really like this graphite watercolor! I tried it on this piece. It’s smaller than I thought it would be but I still think it’ll last a long time. I can’t wait to practice more with it.
