Item sold by amazon.com but no response how to return.bought end of aug. to have for christmas, she doesn't like them want to return. how? please help

As with any product, all you had to do was either call, text, or email Amazon. They respond immediately. You could have also hit the return product button in your menu screen from either your Amazon online acct or phone app; in addition, there’s a link to return packages from the “track packages” section in Amazon’s site as well. It’s very easy to return packages. In fact, even if it’s been a few days after the 30 days, Amazon has never given me an issue and I’ve been a member (and have had to return many many things), for close to 10 years now. At this point, if it’s not done yet, you waited way too long to ask this question. I’d give them as a gift to someone else, as other kids would love them, and you’d be a gift hero; or, you could sell them on EBay or Facebook Marketplace and get your money back (maybe more). They are surprise dolls so dont know what youget until you open them. i bought 5 so far and received 3 blue haired ones. i bought 2 at Walmart Store and 3 on Amazon. Both Walmarts were blue and one Amazon. they need series so you dont get a repeat I feel.

Its good quality doll and cactus is cute.

Poor quality and performance

First of all, it is so difficult to open and close the base holder. When it is made for small kids, it should be possible for them to open and close on their own without help from an adult. My daughter is 8 years old but she could not do it on her own. The crystal hair haves pores in them, a lot of flash along the parting line which makes it look like low quality product and not worth the money being paid for. The doll would not wait inside the paper seal after the main seal was removed. Even before my daughter could pour water on it, the doll emerged outside spoiling the whole idea of a blooming doll. The doll neither stands on its own nor on the stand provided for that purpose. It keeps falling again and again. It is such a difficult effort to find the center of gravity to make it stand for even a few moments. I would never buy this again.
