Helped my Dehydration Considerably
Was having a lot of trouble with dehydration after moving to a high elevation area from the west coast beach community. About a week of trying this out in my water bottles, I felt much better and my body started to return to normal again. Also, I must say, after drinking just a glass or 2 of wine at night in high elevation, I really noticed dehydration more significantly and don't have to drink gross pedialyte anymore, I just fill my water bottle with this filter in it and I feel pretty darn good. It has helped me tremendously.

Helpful habit setting
I put this in a 32oz metal bottle and drink from it all day. Other reviewers said they use filtered water, I can confirm this is probably the best way to use this. I don't use the weird tracking app so that's a thing. I haven't tried any other products that are similar to this, but this one hasn't let me down. I change it every three months, clean the bottle out every couple of days or so. Rinse the stick off and throw it back in. Good to go.

Don’t notice a difference
I drink more water than the average person due to a dehydration condition I have, so I was curious to know if it’ll help me feel more hydrated. However, the only notice I felt since using this for 2 months is my water tastes slightly different

so convenient to use
I have cancer and my Dr wanted me to drink only Alkaline water only. It is expensive in the stores ! currently at home filtration system not doable. but these work for my needs and saves me money !!

Great for On-the-go!!
If you are looking for a alkaline water filter to use when you are out and about? This one works great!! My husband works in fire prevention and there aren’t many places where he can get clean water to drink. Some places and times when they work at night, may not have a store where he can buy or get filtered water. He keeps it in his hydro flask and just adds water whenever he needs it. The filter takes couple minutes and he’s good to go!! He loves the convenience and quality and effectiveness of the product.
