Initially, I bought one for my daughter from a different seller, and it was, to put it mildly, a bit of a disaster. We had issues left and right – Face ID not working, the phone overheating – you name it. So, we returned it, feeling a bit skeptical about the whole refurbished scene. But here's where the plot twists: we decided to give it another go, this time purchasing from the Amazon resellers store, specifically from a shop called Hybrid IT. And oh boy, what a difference! The iPhone we received this time around was nothing short of impeccable. It arrived with all the essentials – a charger, a charging cable, and even a SIM card tool, all neatly packed. The phone itself? It could've fooled me for brand new. This experience really hammered home the lesson that when it comes to refurbished goods, the "who" is just as crucial as the "what." The quality and condition of the product can vary wildly depending on the seller. Hybrid IT sent out an excellent product that exceeded our expectations in every way. For those of you wary about diving into the world of refurbished electronics, let this be a testament. With the right seller, you can get your hands on a device that feels brand new, without the hefty price tag. It was in great condition, phone had great quality, no scratches and works perfectly. A steal for my teen on Wi-fi.

The phones arrived in really good condition. They were a day late but that was an issue with FedEx not with the seller. Everything works good on the phones and we like them a lot thank you so much!!

I didn't want a new phone and I definitely didn't want to pay so I went to the refurbishing option. I did extensive research in the reviews and can honestly say the purple iPhone 11 was the best choice. I have had this for 2 years and its still going strong. It updates like the standard iPhones and is a great way to recycle the materials we already use. The battery capacity has gone down in increments but it still works and I splurged on the storage. I highly recommend it as a temporary and permanent phone. I got exactly what I was looking for but I advise everyone who is interested in refurbished items to DO YOUR RESEARCH.

January 2025: I had a iPhone 11 once before but in purple and I loved that phone. This was my first phone I’ve ever bought off Amazon and I was a bit skeptical and nervous. I was afraid that my phone would be cracked or the battery health would be low but everything was great. No scratches or cracks, battery health came at 90%, camera quality is good too. Only thing that I don’t like are that the buttons are a bit hard to push sometimes but it’s not the worst thing. When I pulled it out of the box and unwrapped it, even my parents had told me they’re thinking about getting one too. Overall, great purchase. August 22, 2025: I’m not sure what is going on with my phone but every now and then it’ll start wigging out. Sometimes I’ll be typing like normal then all of a sudden there is letters where I didn’t want letters. Another thing that is happening is my sound doesn’t seem to work sometimes and videos or music that I play won’t work until I restart my phone. I have an iPad too (iPad Air 4th gen) and none of this happens on it so it can’t be the iOS system itself cause everything is up to date. Still works overall but it’s just annoying to deal with when you are trying to respond to someone or on break at work scrolling through videos.

No complaints. Little scratches and dirt buildup in speaker holes but nothing not to be expected. Screen looks great, charges, and camera works well. Screen is a bit off in selecting at certain areas. Like I have to be super intentional with selecting in certain areas reselecting multiple times until it catches command if that makes sense. Coming from a xr that I’ve had for almost 10 years. The charger port is malfunctioned and rather than pay over an hundred dollars to get it fixed I decided to just get another phone because it was also going very slow and apps would keep shutting down. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

This phone is in perfect condition and haven't had any technical problems. If your on a budget and need a phone I would recommend getting the iPhone 11. I like ordering it from Amazon because you need to provide a code now a days in order for them to deliver high ticket items. A few years ago I ordered a renewed iPhone and the Amazon employee ended up stealing it, but there was no way to prove that it was the driver. I like the fact that the screen is big and it makes it easier to see. I'd say this iPhone is pretty durable. I thought the glass on the back would shatter once its dropped even with a case on but its held up fine. The color choice did not matter to me just because I carry a case on it, but depending on the color will also vary the price a little bit!

Got the colour I wanted. I also saw this a medium step up from my iPhone 6. but it is still a big learning curve.

We were skeptical at first, buying a phone online, and renewed, we weren't sure what we were going to get! However we were quite happy to see the result! The phone is in perfect condition! My daughter had it for a few weeks and the battery also seems to be holding very good! Overall we are very satisfied with this phone!!

Happy with product. It’s physically in excellent condition. Battery life is 91% which is great! I just recently received it and so far I’m very pleased.
