Excellent product for an audiophile, although expensive.Pros: excellent sound, good buildCons: UI is not super smooth and help is meager. For example, when I received this I had to Google to figure out how to change the language from Chinese. Took some fiddling.Would buy again, even though expensive. I finally got fed up with Apple and it's refusal to play nice outside the walled garden. Such is the price of freedom.Edit 10/17/20Volume wheel no longer working correctly, a problem reported by other users (search audiophile forums). I use this player about once a week and treat it very carefully. At this price point, not acceptable. I have switched to Sony NW-A55/L and am happy. For my purposes (workouts, running) works well, and build quality is simply much better.

I purchased the M2X as a step up from the M0. I was happy with the M0, but wanted something with a balanced headphone jack and a little bigger screen. The M2X fit that requirement perfectly. The interface is easy to use and the sound quality is very impressive for a unit at this price point.The unit is built very well. It feels solid in your hands with a smooth scrolling wheel and buttons that provide positive engagement without feeling loose. The addition of WiFi is great because it can now auto-update without the need to download a file and connect to my PC like with the M0.I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a solid DAP and easy to use interface.

Firsts hours with the product were really frustrating. I was pretty close to send it back but it was late, so I tried to give it another try in the morning.The unit that I received it needed an update, but the instructions are not really detailed and I had to spend a few hours looking for information online until I got it running. If you are familiar with these things, then you are probably ok. If you are not and expect this thing to plug and play, well... you have some homework ahead of you.About the sound. I am really surprised. I am using it with a Shuoer Tape IEM and I am really enjoying it. I mainly stream music on Tidal and this thing makes everything so much better. I have compared it to the way the same headphones sound out of my smartphone and it is amazing how different it sounds.I can't compare this unit to other DAPs in the market. Really, I have no idea if this is better than average or not, but I am, so far, pretty satisfied with it.

A very nice dap. This dap has a nice solid, weighty feel in your hand. It has a very nice screen (bright and good color quality). The screen is very scratch resistant. The mini sd card slot is very easy to access. The blue tooth feature is the weak point. The blue tooth transmission is so bad that you will never use it.

I was looking for something in between my smaller devices and my Hiby r6 which is a bit large for what I use it for. This product works great and sounds even better. I use the tidal streaming function at the office and I have a 256gb sd card with my flac files for my field work. Highly recommended. Also they just put out an update this month so you know the manufacturer is still adding to it.
