No more waking up with dry eyes
This is probably the next best thing to using an eye ointment for people with severe dry eyes. I use it at night before going to sleep after several episodes of waking up with extremely painful dry eyes. It's light enough to use during the day, but I mostly use plain tears during the day because they are cheaper and these drops can cloud your vision for a short while at first. Good product. Wish it was less expensive though.

eye doctor recommended this for mgd and corneal abrasion:1 . Warm compresses morning and evening2. Gentle massage of eyelids after compress3. gentle scrub with baby shampoo of eyelashes4. retaine or refresh mega 3 6-8x per day

Not for everyone!
This product left a film in my eyes. I suffer from a lot of mucus and I noticed my vision was getting a bit blurry. I quit and went to systane ultra and my vision cleared again!
