A powerful amp in a small form factor, packed with the features I needed.
To being, this little amp is just what I needed for my application. I'm powering two Definitive Technology AW6500 outdoor speakers with it. Pros: Size - This amp is small in terms of amplifiers. It's Class D, so small form factor is the name of the game. Power - The power it puts out is consistent. I have no issues powering my 200w speakers as this amp provides 160 watts per channel. Features - The bass and treble control was a huge selling factor for me. Having the ability to adjust the tone sets this amp apart from others. The knobs have a metalized texture that allows for easy adjustments, even with wet or sweaty fingers. The inputs and source options are a big plus as well. Speaker connectors - The connectors on the rear of the amp that accept speaker wire are decent quality. The screw posts that retain the speaker wire are made of plastic, which seems pretty standard for these amps. I'd suggest using the banana plugs to maintain a more reliable connection, especially if you move the amp from time to time. Cons: Bluetooth - While Bluetooth connectivity was the primary method of connectivity I had in mind when deciding to purchase this amp, the range of the Bluetooth is poor. Most Bluetooth is reliable within 30-33 feet. When having my phone in my pocket and walking 15-20 feet away from this amp, it can cut in and out, and it's solely a BT connectivity issue. With Bluetooth 5.0 technology, I'm not sure an external antenna is necessary, but it's worth noting that this amp does not include an external antenna. Overall, I'd recommend this amp to anyone looking to power accessory speakers like bookshelf speakers or outdoor speakers. I have not used it in a home theater setting, but I imagine if your setup is compatible with the ports on this amp, it would work well. The Bluetooth connectivity issue I mentioned is manageable (which is why this amp is still getting a 5-star rating) if you leave your Bluetooth connected device nearby, but it's definitely something to be aware of if you plan on being at the outer reaches of the Bluetooth connectivity range.

Amazing!
I run it off a 20v power tool battery all the time. It’s awesome!!! Edit: I bought a couple more expensive similar amps since… THIS ONE is the only one I’m happy with!!!! Totally! It’s louder than I ever need even running off a DeWalt 20v battery!!! TOTALLY PLEASED!!!!

Stout little amplifier
I have owned several of these little digital chip amps from Fosi, Douk, Nobsound, etc-etc. This one is my favorite. These are FAR from their rated power of "160 watts x 2". Not sure why companies inflate numbers. Williston Audio Labs on YouTube uses an audio amplifier dyno to measure power amplifiers. I find his results dead on accurate for us "old timers" more familiar with 1970/80's amplifier ratings. His results without getting too technical: 85 watts per channel at 4 ohms certified (1% THD) He was running the stock 32v AC/DC adapter. These amps are not rated for 2 ohm loads, but he tested them anyways: 135 watts per channel dynamic RMS at 2 ohms "burst" Impressive! Again, this is with the stock adapter. These chipsets can run up to 36v...so, if you buy a 36v (10 amp) adapter, I am sure you might squeeze more watts out of this unit. SOUND QUALITY - these are the warmest sounding little amps I have ever used. Dead silent, distortion free (until you clip it) FEATURES - sub out and selectable inputs with a switch is excellent. - USB for source music -- old school cool! - Bluetooth is top notch - no issues connecting and range BOTTOM LINE - It is not a "160w x 2" amplifier but, powerful enough for 99.9% of buyers. With a dedicated SUB-OUT RCA jack it is ready to go. Buy it. If you listen to your music really really l loud and need a little more power, get a 36v (10-amp) AC/DC adapter. For most, it is not really needed. This Douk M1 PRO is my favorite little digital chip amp with great sound, features, and power

Convenient, good sound, decent output
Unfortunately the first unit I received was defective and did not power up. After receiving a replacement, I’ve been using the amp for a few months without any issues. I’m using it with a pair of ADS bookshelf speakers with 4” drivers. The setup was straightforward, the terminals have threaded connectors and the power cord is plenty long enough to reach an outlet. The Bluetooth paired without any problem and has decent range. Sound quality is perfectly acceptable and I appreciate that the amp has tone controls built in. My observation though is that the output may not be what is claimed. These are small speakers and I’m surprised how far I have to turn the volume up to get good sound levels. Otherwise, for a pair of smaller speakers at moderate or lower volumes, this amp should be fine. Overall, I wasn’t too impressed with the amp, but I didn’t return it. It works fine and is convenient. Basically a neutral recommendation on this one.

Small amps, good output. Garage stereo.
There small amps are great for small set ups. They get loud and sound clean. Running them through a Dayton DSP and set up was done with a mini DSP unit-1 mic. Powering 6.5" midbass, 4" mids, 1.5" tweeters, and a 10" subwoofer.

Good value
Nice lityke amp for the money. Sound seems to be clean but have no idea of THD. Itcdoes have good choice of inputs and a breeze to switch input. If using USB stick it picks up where you stopped previous. Akso hase Sub out.

Awesome little amp. I bought 3 of them to complete my home sound system. I paired them with 3 chromecast 4ks and 3 HDMI to RCA converters and got my ceiling speakers and backyard speakers to all play the same thing using Google home. I even have Google homes in my rooms and bathrooms. So now I have a proper full home sound system powered by these mighty little amps. I have them set to around 45% volume and they push my speakers which are Polks and Yamahas outside to the max! They sound great and are affordable. I would certainly buy from Douk again! They power 4 speakers easily. My custom approach using these was way cheaper than going for Sonos or Bose amps and works great with Spotify and google home. The Bluetooth also works well but I don't use that function at all. I just leave them set to RCA input and use the Chromecasts to power them. Make sure to set your Chromecast to control their own volume and under power settings I set them to never sleep. Other than that its an easy setup and worked out great.

Great little amp. Heaps of power and very clean sound. The line-level Sub output is also worthwhile. A reasonable price for a great sounding, compact audio amplifier.

I was looking for something to replace our old Nexxtech amplifier as it was taking up too much desktop space and, most importantly, it has a noisy fan. I do interviews and video production so I need to keep noise in the studio to a minimum. I have to say this was the best $100 I've spent this year. The little amp sounds great. My sub-woofer is now working properly. I won't be using the Bluetooth option very often as I use the audio for mostly editing video tracks and watching TV and movies. But I did test it with my galaxy phone and it worked great. Only thing to note is I have a low hum but I think that is the sub-woofer. If I keep the audio level down on the unit and up my volume on my computer I don't notice the hum. I'm using it with the Energy speakers you see in the picture. I'll be updating those next to a nice pair of bookshelf/monitors. UPDATE: Product was delivered on May 12th. Worked fantastic...until this week. Tuesday morning I turned on the computer and the only sound is coming from the sub-woofer. No sound to the speakers. My other speakers, headphones etc. all work fine. So...that was basically $100 for just under 2 months of service. What a waste of money. No I would not recommend this device to anyone else. I did not over drive the unit as I work in a shared environment. I mostly used them for editing audio (voice) tracks in Adobe Premiere at normal listening levels.

Given the mixed reviews, I was skeptical about buying this unit, but I’m glad I gave it the chance. I have tall, two-way floor standing speakers and a pair of bookshelf speakers too. Given it’s power output (160w) at 4ohm I was expecting it to clip or power down with my bigger speakers. I tried them first and so far I haven’t experienced this. However you may get more detail from the smaller speakers. The unit is compact (pictured with beer can for reference) because of its external power supply. It doesn’t have any ventilation which I thought might be an issue but after a few hours of playback it’s not even warm. I have experienced the issue where sound randomly drops out over Bluetooth, but I was doing other things on my phone when it happened. I would suggest leaving your device to play, or if that isn’t an option use the USB/line in. Make sure you attach the antenna, too, or the Bluetooth range will be short. Now.. the sound quality. I wasn’t expecting the digital to analog conversion (DAC) to be fantastic or the fidelity from the power supply and capacitors to be amazing. BUT. I was pleasantly surprised. High end is detailed, without being scratchy, if you crank the treble knob. The low end leaves some to be desired and if you crank the bass knob mid-range becomes a bit muddy. If you pair this amplifier with an active subwoofer, though, you can get enough low end without destroying your mid-range. The unit does have a relatively high noise floor meaning you can hear some hiss or static with nothing playing in a silent room, but the noise does not increase with volume. The unit itself looks clean, the knobs and switch feel solid and provided you have banana plugs the speaker connection is good. Packaged well (though it could be more sustainable than foam), delivered quickly and easy to set up. I even gave the device a custom name with Bluetooth so I know what I’m connecting to. Considering these features and the quality, the value for money is incredible. Nice!
