Excellent quality and very professional looking!
"I am extremely happy with this Emotional Support Dog vest. The quality of the material is heavy-duty and durable, yet it seems very comfortable for my dog to wear for long periods. The 'Emotional Support' patches are clear and highly visible, which helps tremendously when we are out in public. The adjustable straps made it easy to get the perfect fit, and the handle on top is a great added bonus for extra control. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and reliable harness!"

Perfect in every single way!
Every dog should have one. This is the best harness on the market. It has the front chest clip for the lead, so the dog is unable to pull when being walked without it spinning them around the opposite direction. Taking my girls outside has never been easy, but these harnesses literally changed my life! The canvas fabric is well made and durable, holds up over time, and looks great. Very adjustable, can make it fit different neck and body girths easily. Seems to be comfortable enough for them too, we don’t even take them off most days. Also has a great handle on the back for when someone knocks at the door and you need to hold your viscous attack anima back so they don’t drown your visitor in slobbery kisses.

Gorgeous, Easy to Slip on Harness
The Tactical Dog Harness by Auroth is absolutely fantastic for impatient/easily excitable dogs who pull. It is definitely true to size; The large fits snug, but not strangling, around my dog's (~35") ribs at its loosest setting. If your pup's neck and rib measurements fall between two different sizes, I would recommend going with the size matching their rib measurement. The front (atleast on my boy) sits farther back and just before his shoulders, as opposed to higher up on the neckline where a collar would sit. The harness itself is pretty lightweight for its structure. The chest and back pieces are padded for comfort, and seem to be sturdy and well-constructed. There are metal leash attachments on the chest and back, and I like having the option to choose where to put the leash depending on my boy's behavior that day. It has a reflective outline on the chest and back pieces, as well as reflective thread stitched into the straps for extra visibility during evening walks. Overall, this harness is simple and easy to slip on. My boy tends to be a bit impatient when getting ready for his walks, and the whole ordeal goes much faster with this easy-to-maneuver harness. The buckles seem sturdy, and they easily snap into place. I like that it comes with spaces to attach velcro patches on the back, which you can use to display "Service Dog" or "Do not pet" patches should it be necessary. The harness comes with two adorable "Best Friend" patches, but I opted to use a different set. It also has a small contact info card, which slips into a clear pocket on the back piece. I truly believe the shape of the harness plays a significant role in how much you'll feel your dog pull, and I don't have any complaints so far; My Apollo doesn't simply pull forward or jump upward, he lunges/flies toward whatever captures his interest. The tugging has definitely improved since making the switch to this harness. If you happen to have an easily excitable dog who pulls like no tomorrow, attaching the leash to their chest should remedy the situation a bit! I highly recommend this harness to anyone; especially if you have a large, impatient/easily excitable dog who tends to walk you. It's such a well-designed, dashing harness, and I'm so happy I chose this one. **I've included a picture taken with flash of the harness in a dark room to hopefully show how reflective it is, although I'm not sure if it translated well.

It will be good in about 20 pounds - See Update for Medium
I carefully measured my dog and ordered accordingly. It's too big. Even with the straps at their shortest, it hangs on my odd shaped big girl. She'll get bigger and it will probably fit then. PROS: Seems well constructed. Looks good. The chest ring is higher on the chest which is good for preventing lunging without tripping the pup (that's what happened with our last harness. The ring was a few inches lower and she ended up rolling instead of turning). CONS: I don't think it runs true to size. If you're on the border of sizes, get the smaller one. The rings are plastic. This concerns me. Baby is 65 pounds, I expect her to go to 75 or 80. I'm a bit concerned the rings will break. UPDATE: I returned the large because she could easily back out of it. I ordered the medium and had a few surprises: * The plastic rings are metal on the medium. * The medium is a LOT SMALLER than the large. It's about half the body length of large. Typically, my girl loves her harness, eager to get into in the morning. This one fits but she doesn't like it, I think because her back isn't covered, just her shoulders. It still works (the chest ring is too low on this one), she just doesn't like it as much. I have a weird dog, probably won't be true for yours. * I don't know if my puppy is at a weird size. She's 65-70 pounds, 9 months old and beautiful. The large is too large, the medium is going to quickly be too small. In another 5 pounds I'll need to get the large again, but even then... sizing. It's nice if there is a several inches of overlap between sizes. The smallest on the large was still too big and now the largest on the medium is just right but won't be for much longer. The travails of having a large dog for the first time. Lots of adjustments from our past little fellows. We went big because that was all that was available during Covid craziness. My overall takeaway is that this is a good product and probably great for adult dogs. She won't be sleek for much longer (adults widen). (I recently found her first harness, when she was 14 pounds. It looks like a postage stamp now). I'd never thought about how hard it is to create wearable products for dogs and their vastly different morphology. The medium would probably have been perfect for my last dog, may he rest in peace. If you're on the fence and you have a stable-size adult dog, this is a great harness. If you have a puppy, eh, if the cost (which is very good) isn't too bad, go for it, You may end up needing several, though. Another note: There were no problems returning the large; the medium was a reorder and came quick. This company seems solid and cares about dogs and customers.

Best harness in my opinion.
Hi, this is the second one of these I have purchased. Have had zero issues with this harness and recommend it to my friends all the time. I bought the first one a little over 5 years ago and have had zero problems. The chest hook solved her tugging problem perfectly. The reason I bought a new one is that the old one was all black. I have a female dog and was getting tired of people assuming she was a he. I know it's a bit stereotypical but I bought the pink camo version so people get the hint. It is AGGRESIVELY pink. Seems just as well made and sturdy as the first one!

Does not stop pulling
It's an okay harness. The best friend patches on both sides are annoying. They should have came with solid black leather patches to switch out. I put regular black Velcro over it. The handle is weird, it's in the front instead of the bank which is good for control but I'm not used to it at all. Plus if your dog has a lot of hair it's going to be tricky to find when you're hurrying to grab it. The neck area has to be so tight to fit correctly on my lanky dog (50%border collie, 40%German short haired pointer and 10%boykin spaniel mix) and it's such a big and sturdy harness he hates it going over his head now, and anything else now too. The d rings are plastic so if your dog is a heavy duty puller then you better have a back up clip on their collars. The clips are also plastic which isn't that bad but not great either. It's an alright product for the right dog, if you want a tactical looking harness that slips over the dogs head, that has a handle at the base of the dogs neck/shoulder area, with areas for Velcro patches and a front and back d ring then there you go this one is for you. Just adjust it and make sure it fits properly before the return window ends. If your dog is scared to put it on, find something else.. there are thousands of dog harnesses out there and a bunch that have a neck clip and do not go over the head like a t shirt. Oh and don't get it if your dog pulls. If your dog pulls and drags you don't the road instead of going at your pace, this is not the harness for you... If your dog pulls over and over again even after he's choking himself multiple times and gagging, this is not the harness for you. For a dog who pulls you down the road and chokes itself out, get a head /snout harness, (that goes over their face), with a back up clipped to either his collar or a regular harness. I missed my return window but I'll try to give it away to someone.... I hope. I ordered a head harness and also the blue 9 harness that seems to work rather well. When I use that harness I also use a double leash which clips to the front and back d rings. If I'm using the head harness then we are good to go but my dog is just annoyed or uncomfortable... He will get used to it because I just can't be pulled down the road and getting my arm snatched up and rope burn on my hands and legs anymore or he won't go on any walks and I'll put him in the dog park or back yard. He loves his walks though so he deals with it. Hope this helps
