Love love love this stuff. So easy to use. Safe and effective for the whole family.

I have been using this for several years. It does not taste unpleasant and is a good way to get vitamin A in the dose you need when you need it.

I was recommended with my naturopath to try Genestra products. I'm still not sure I have noticed any differences with my health. I have to admit, though, I haven't used it every day. According to my doctor, I am lacking in Vitamin A and that could cause some of my health difficulties. Again, I'm not seeing results, but that's not necessarily the fault of the supplement. I'll keep using it and hoping that it is doing some good.

Doctor recommended type of vitamin A. Usually only a functional or holistic physician will know about this type of A. I've been taking it for about 3 years now. There used to be another flavor that tasted pretty good, but apparently it's unavailable at this time. It's effective and safe according to my Dr and I have been on six drops a day, same dose my husband is on. If you can't go to a doctor who's knowledgeable about the dose you could take what is recommended on the bottle or get muscle tested to find out.

These had 10,000 IU per drop, and I believe 30,000 is a safe daily allowance. It is a good way to get vitamin A into your system with it being a liquid that is so concentrated and most people do not know that vitamin A is Accutane so if you cannot get Accutane, you can use this safely with three drops per day and wash it down with a liquid, but I do watch for vitamin A toxicity if you choose to use a higher dose. Great product and fair price.

Please Read I did leave 5 Stars...so other are aware. Not upset with anyone , ingredients are listed. I bought this Vitamin A. Had no idea Gluten is in it! Potassuim sorbate does contain Gluten. I am Gluten Intolerant. Very disappointed. Could be very bad for Celiac Disease and Gluten intolrance people. also. Be aware please! Just found this “Is there gluten in potassium sorbate? Here are the ingredients for their caramel flavored syrup: Pure cane sugar, water, natural flavors, citric acid, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate. Most would look at these ingredients and assume this was gluten free. Unfortunately this is one of the syrups that do contain gluten.”. Even tiny amounts of “Gluten” can cause severe issues. Please always ask if unsure.

The taste is fine and the consistency is a thick yellow custard-like texture. It has a bit of an aftertaste due to artificial sweetener. I have been using for two weeks and haven't seen any results yet.
