L'Oreal ParisDermo-Expertise Eye Defense Eye Cream with Caffeine and Hyaluronic Acid 0.5 oz

I love this eye cream. Have been using it for decades. It goes on smooth and silky and makes an immediate texture difference without any color difference. It also does not bother my contacts at all. As it is translucent, sometimes I add a dab of color or cover to fingertips to mix in before applying. Yes, L'Oreal is a drugstore quality item, not an expensive department store brand, but it works well for ordinary people on ordinary days.

The value of this product is truly incredible. I recommend putting it on at night so that it settles into your skin overnight. If you put it on in the morning, it's very glowy and will leave your skin glowing. It's a thicker consistency than other eye creams I've tried, and it's also very moisturizing and never left my skin dry. Over about a month, it's made the creasing in my undereye area completely dissappear. The best part though, is that it's effective, but made with ingredients that won't harm your skin barrier. I love that it has caffeine instead of harsh retinols, because it's never burned or dried out my skin yet it's so effective. Works best when applied at night, as it can cause makeup to cake if it hasn't settled into your skin yet. Overall, the best eye cream I've purchased.

Eases pretty good on the skin under and around the eyes. Very good product. Moisturizes very well around the eyes.

I'm in my late 40's and I've had hyperpigmentation around my eyes since my 20's. My skin tone is very pale making the redness and discoloration around my eyes look even worse. I also have eye allergies that causes inflammation and dryness. I absolutely love this eye cream. Ive tried so many expensive brands throughout my life and this by far has been the most inexpensive and the best. I've seen a major improvement. My problem area looks brighter and more even toned. It also is not greasy and absorbs well. Love it.

I’m very sensitive to the cheaper formulations of hyaluronic acid, and evidently this eye cream contains some. Between the HA and the perfume, my skin felt like it was on fire! It turned very red too. What a shame. Some people really seem to like it. I went back to ROC products. They cost a little more but they last longer and don’t bother my skin.

Okay so idk if this makes a night and day different with my eyes, but it never irritates my skin or eyes and always feels good to put on. I’ve been using it for years. I’m 34 and I’ve tried some other eye creams but there’s usually some kind of irritation or issue but not this one. So I don’t know if it means it’s amazing and super hypoallergenic or if it’s watered down lol but I like it it’s nice. Including photo with no makeup or editing so you can see my eyes and judge for yourself lol
