For someone with short hair, one container of this is enough to cover all the grays. And cover them for quite a while. Longer even than some of the permanent dyes I've used. Price is good and two pack will last you a long time. Natural looking color. Quick to use, 10-15 mins and you're done.

This is so easy for covering gray roots. Apply, wait 10 minutes and shampoo. Great touch up between full coloring.

I bought this L’Oreal Magic Root Rescue kit for my mom, and I even helped her do her hair. It’s super easy and convenient to use, and the results are really good—full gray coverage, no weird smell, and it doesn’t fade easily. This is actually my second time buying it, and my mom says it’s way better than any other root touch-up she’s used before. Definitely a great product if you want quick and reliable results at home.

I found this Root Hair Color quick and easy to use, and the application process was very straightforward 🙂 The overall color blended nicely with the rest of my hair after about a week and still looks pretty natural. However, I can’t say it worked that well for grey coverage, especially around my temples where the hair is still gray. Next time I might try leaving it on longer than the suggested 10 minutes to see if that helps.

Worth trying. Easy to apply. Color lasts about a month then I need to retouch.

Ive never tried this L’Oréal Paris Magic Root Rescue on my hair roots before and I am impressed how well this works! I put it on areas that can be seen with how I do my hair style and truly impressed how well it works! So easy to mix and use. I love how it comes with 2 type heads to use while applying. The gloves are great for rubbing it in more after I applied with the bottle. It does smell but not really bad. You could wear a mask to help with smell. I applied in bathroom then walked out to another room during my 10 minute wait and kept checking the color. Smell didn’t last long. Definitely a great product for touch ups!

I’ve never colored my own hair prior to using this product. I’ve unexpectedly been away from home for a couple of months and the grey in my regrowth, which is mostly at my temples and by my ears was bothering me, so I decided to give this a try. The application was super easy for me, since I don’t have grey all over my head. I was worried the color wouldn’t match, but somehow, it blends right in with no lines. I was surprised that the directions specified applying to dirty hair, so I applied it to my post-gym, sweat dried hair prior to my shower. I only used about half the bottle, but set it aside, just in case, instead of tossing. After applying, I was concerned it was staining the skin on my face, because the skin got quite dark. All that color easily washed off my face, but the hair remained colored. After my hair was washed and dried, I noticed about 4-5 stubborn grays that weren’t colored all the way to the roots, so I reapplied, using color I set aside, and left that small spot about 20 minutes. Rewashed that section and found the second application worked like a charm. This seems ridiculously easy and fool proof. Highly recommend.
