Perfect replacement
Great replacement, like for like popped broken one out and popped this one in and it worked a charm except the middle screw is some sort of locking screw so if you put it in all the way it prevents the lock from locking, I'm guessing it's a safety thing so you don't accidentally lock the door if you are missing the key or like mine the lock breaks. This caused a bit of frustration as it took moment to work out why it wouldn't work when I'd replaced all the screws but worked when I took it apart again. Once I'd worked that out it worked brilliantly. I didn't realise how dodgy the lock had been until I replaced it. Incidentally I took apart the original lock to find a gear that the spindle went through had broken in two places, one part looked like it broke some time back, the other side was a fresh break. Photo shows the locking screw, package comes with no instructions

Not suitable for 253mm gearboxes
If you have a 253mm tall gearbox, ignore the advice about the only two measurements you need. This one won't allow the multipoint sections to engage as it's too short. Otherwise the quality seemed ok.

Would have been perfect for the job and I would have given 5 stars.The fixing screws (countersink M4 machine screw) screw points were not tapped and not as deep set as the original locks (requiring shorter screws and tapping out) this added reasonable time to the replacement taskOther than that it does what it needs to and I would buy again if needed

As a replacement gearbox it did the job perfectly
As a replacement gearbox it did the job perfectly. Took 5 minutes to refit. No functionality issues.How log it will last is to be seen. The previous one seems to have suffered from metal fatigue but I don't know how long it has been in use.

Locks
Good product and delivery, the hard job was trying to get the door open when the old locks failed. A couple of YouTube vids showed how to change the lock and open the door, money well spent.
