Good Quality
This is a quality item. I really liked the quality and appearance of the snap on the back. It was worn as part of a Halloween costume and added a lot to the costume.

Doesn't fit 14" neck
The white peter pan collar is so so so cute. The quality of fabric and button snaps on the back are much better quality than expected. I want to keep it SO bad! However, it's a one-size-fits-all... and it doesn't. I measured the middle of my neck for the sake of this review and helping another chubby gal out. At 14" thick, this collar just would not sit flat. It buttoned up fine, but it sits higher up on my neckline and puckers out in a funky way. I'm so sad!

This is PERFECT to dress anything up!
I bought a super cute sweat shirt that was not quite dressy enough to wear to work. I did not want to wear a bulky blouse underneath, so I gave this a try. It was the perfect addition to my wardrobe, and it was the perfect size! The "blouse" stays in place, with the help of the straps that you wear under your arms. it is comfortable and the perfect accessory! The price is right, and I am going to buy more colors!
