I got these at a discount for my honest review, my opinions are 100% my own. I've only been taking these a week now so I can't say I notice a huge difference, but my nails have grown out some and my skin feels a bit smoother. I'll definitely update this once I've taken them more so in a few weeks. Caution though as they do smell, but just ignore that if you can. I know some people have a hard time doing so, but I just don't think about it and take it, as I've noticed most Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins have the same smell. You can take 2 of these a day, and you get 60 in the bottle so they should last you a month, or more if you don't decide to take 2 a day. Take them with a meal though, because if you're like me you might get nauseas if you take them on an empty stomach!

When I first opened the bottle, I was a little nervous about the size of the tablets. But they were very easy to swallow after all! And I've had no stomach upset, which I often do with tablets. I've only used them a little over a week and so far so good. I'm looking for improved nails and hair. My skin is actually good, but my nails are weak and I don't have thick hair.
