How to use: 1. Boil water in a kettle or pot or microwave. 2. Adjust your device into a proper position. Many people start molding with lower jaw forward 3mm-5mm. 3. Using your utensil or tongs, fully submerge the device into a bowl of hot water for 90 seconds. 4. Place the device into the cold water for 3 seconds and this step will prevent your mouth being burned. 5. Place the device in your mouth with the UPPER portion of the device on your upper teeth and bite down at least 20 seconds. 6. Remove the device from your mouth and inspect a proper mold. Tips: 1.Precision lock technology, locks the mouthpiece in place at your desired setting, this can be changed at any time . 2. Make sure soft plastic is secure into hard plastic (check all nipples are secure). 3. Shake off any excess hot water, and place in your mouth.

Really Good Product !
I have quite a large over-bite, so the fact that you can adjust the lower section to push your bottom jaw forward is a big benefit. This opens up my airways when asleep and prevents my snoring. I have tried a number of these products and this is the best by far. I accept some of the other reviews - I have a big mouth (!) so it fits really snuggly. As well as helping my partner to sleep, it hugely improves the quality of my sleep too. Didn't need the nasal attachments. Anyone not sure about the cause of their snoring (there are many), the quiz on the British Snoring website is really informative and helps you get the best product. Good luck!
