The overall looked and feel is really nice to create a relaxing atmosphere. But just a heads up the products are made out of synthetic material probably 3-D printing of some sort. The set up was fairly simple. Getting out of the boxes probably the hardest part. Can’t wait to enjoy it with my friends and family.

Very nice fire pit. Good weight on all parts. Puts off a good amount of heat, and looks sleek. The quality is good, seems like it will last! Fire lit on the first try, and the knob for fuel adjustment is simple to use. Only complaint is that the cover for this round firepit needs a bungee cord to hold it on during very windy days. The cover Fills with water and sags onto the rocks. The propane tank cover and glass wind guard arrived with some damage, but Amazon was able to compensate me. All arrive in separate packages. Propane tank/glass shield arrived first. Then the fire pit arrived a day later. Highly recommend for the price! Update: Firepit is in great shape still after about a year. The firepit soft cover has deteriorated and I needed to buy a new one to prevent water intrusion.

Great warm fire pit, it is not to tall what make the heat warm you up perfectly. Looks very expensive. I’m so happy.

This put together well and worked right off the bat. It’s very nice looking. The issue we had sounds like one that others have had in that not everything was included in the box that was advertised. Ours was missing the PVC cover for the firepit itself. After some back and forth with customer service they did send us one. Definitely double and triple check to make sure you got everything. We also purchased fire glass rather than use the included lava rocks and it only needed 20lbs to fill it up. This obviously depends on the firepit you get but for the 56x28 rectangular one 20lbs was plenty.

Love the look and idea of this item, received it in perfect condition and after one use it began cracking everywhere. I have tried contacting the company several times without any response.

we wanted a more fire pit feel for our backyard and that was big enough to fit in our previous wood firepit location. I love that it has a cover for the gas tank. our friends were over and didn't even notice the gas tank until we pointed it out. able to put your feet on the edge without getting too hot. love that when the evening is over we can just turn off the fire. easy to assemble.

This is something I have been wanting to purchase for years! I first laid eyes on the COSIEST fire pit when I was on vacation in Turks & Caicos. I came home an immediately started researching. Fast forward a few years later, I finally did it and purchased my dream fire pit. I was nervous reading some of the reviews, but I have had it now for 7 months and is far it is holding up wonderfully! I do think I will have to replace the cover soon as that seems to be wearing out, but we do live in Louisiana where the weather can go from hot, humid, wet, dry, and freezing all within days. We added multiple colors of blue lava rocks which remind us of Turks and Caicos!

Decide to move our old glass fireplace to our bedroom deck and did a ton of research before deciding to go with this unit. We are beyond happy with it. It looks like its a 2k unit. The prices is great and it is built well. Also having the wind guard is a game changer.
