There isn’t a warning, but it definitely has an intense burn after you apply it! Then, the pain fades so it must be to numb up the area somehow. The pain free time didn’t last long and it’s definitely not worth that initial pain!I was also concerned it stated this shouldn’t be used by pregnant women. What’s in this stuff that’s concerning? I missed that before I purchased it, but luckily read it on the container.I guess it works for some people, but notme. If you like it, the volume you get for the price is good. This was one of the reasons I tried it.Anyways, I was also wondering why it had so many positive reviews. Then, I received a letter in the mail offering a gift card for 5 stars. So, keep that in mind when you’re reading all the reviews!

This hemorrhoid cream is very good for the price and quantity. Please not that this cream has a mentholated effect. You get that hot/cold feeling when you apply it sorta like Vick vapor rub but not as extreme. It may have a slight warming/hot effect when you first apply it but that goes away after about 5-10 minutes. Then everything feels nice and smooth and the pain of the hemorrhoids goes away. I noticed that after one day the hemorrhoid started shrinking and caused less pain. The best time to apply this I would say would be at night before you go to sleep and have this work all night while you sleep. When you apply it and get that slight burning sensation from the menthol, don’t worry just give it 5-10 minutes and that will subside and you will have relief.

This product went on lightening deal for an individual tube and it quickly sold out before I could buy it. I found it available in a two tube package and decided to buy that instead.Let me tell you, this stuff really works. It soothes pain very well. Most importantly though, symptoms disappeared within three days. The problem has not returned. This is one of those products where, if you care for someone who has a problem, you really need to discreetly tell them about it. It’s much better than that “H” product.

First I tried preparation-h but it didn't do anything. So I got the preparation-h extra strength for like $25 which was a total waste of money and it made the hemorrhoid worse.My hemorrhoid was swollen, hurting, & bleeding, so I went to the doctor. Dr looked up my butt and told me there isn't anything they can do except surgery which is a last resort. Another waste of money with the added bonus of embarrassment.Searched for different creams and found ReeJoys which I never heard of. Figure it's worth a shot.OMG, first time I used it, it burned like too many hot pepper kinda burn. But within the first couple of uses the swelling and pain wasn't as bad. I continue to use it and little by little it's much better now.Definitely would recommend Reejoys to anyone, and don't waste your money on preparation-h products, they don't work.

Okay, no one likes to talk about this stuff.... this is a pretty recent and new “issue” for me. Um... this stuff did it’s job... however the cooling or warming part of it. Let’s just say I wasn’t expecting it, it felt like someone shoved some icebreaker mints in my butt. Wasn’t a nice comforting feeling it was more of a “oh no what did I just put on my booty! Get it off now!” Feeling. But after the minty cold/burning blast was over with it helped the actual problem.Pain in the butt if you ask me hahaha. Okay I’m done....you’ve been warned!

I had symptoms of fissures for about 3 weeks prior to purchasing this product. I used this product for 3 days, once per day. It seemed to initially intensify the symptoms for a few hours after use. However, it is has been about a week since my last use and my symptoms are gone and today was the first 100% normal day in a while. I am quite relieved. This product may be magic -- I can't fully be sure.

My husband was pretty much chairbound after a back injury, resulting in a painful hemorrhoid, followed by a fissure. Preparation-h and sitz baths were barely making a difference. I took a chance on Reejoys cream - hesitant because of the price - and glad I did. Within 3 days, the cream has helped him heal more than he did in 2 WEEKS with the other stuff. He was so happy to get relief and comfort.

This product causes a tremendous amount or burning and pain once applied. It does not relieve anything , instead it makes it worse and itchy. Also- the product contradicts itself mentioning in some areas that it’s for external use only, internal use only, and in some areas in mentions it’s good for both? Would not recommend unless you can handle a lot of pain. This is NOT a gentle and effective product.
