Much better than low star reviews would suggest
Product works well. I was a bit put off by the reviews as they stated there was a problem with the position of the controls where they can be touched during use. This is true, but it is not a major issue and if they are touched they can easily be reset. The webpage also had a warning that this was a regularly returned item. I can only imagine that returns are due to people not reading the instructions, where it is clearly stated that one needs to put a drop of water on to the sensor to see it is working.

Massively reduces pain
I really like this device for the fact that it has reduced my pain from 100% ( extreme pain) down to 20% ( low pain) and even days as low as 5%( barely noticeable pain). I bought this on word of mouth from relatives advising me to get an ultrasound therapeutic device. I was very sceptical about the device as I’m only a 33 year old male and never bought or had the need for one of these before in my life, but wow what a relief. The other reason to why I bought this is because hospitals are in lockdown ( as of the time I have written this review(Jan/2021) and therefore needed something to relieve me of my pain when I slept and throughout the day. Things a like: • 3 pin socket for UK plugs • difference settings on the device: low, medium & high. • pause/start to allow you to add more gel • ultrasonic Gel provided. • pain relief Gell Gift. Overall I’m very impressed. Check out my video for an in-depth overview. If you have difficulty hearing, I have not left anything out from my written review. Note: •don’t stay too Long on one spot or you could burn the bone as I have been told, rather go slowly round and round in circles. This is only personal advice and I am no medic and therefore not held responsible for this personal advice. Please read the manual for proper use. • I don’t know what Is causing my pain until I get a diagnosis from the hospital. Update: 6/ February/2021 I was able to get a consultation with my GP doctor at the NHS via a phone call. My medical condition is called: ( Ganglion cyst ). The device is so good that I barely use it now.

Small Ultrasound.
Compact little machine with good information for how to use. Easy to use by oneself depending on what part of the body. The only criticism I have is when holding the handle it is very easy to alter the level and timing of the treatment. Otherwise a very useful machine and good value for money.

Good length power cord
I have had Ultra sound treatment in the past for my back and heel spurs. It has worked so well and what a relief when you have been in pain for so long waiting for a physio appointment. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and the pain now seems to cover the whole foot. I am on the nhs waiting list to be seen by the consultant who treated the heel spurs years ago but have been waiting months and have been told its a long wait. And you bet I will need a physo appointment and Ultrasound treatment, so it will be back to waiting for the next appointment again. Well to me it makes sense to purchase The Med-Fit Pro Ultrasound. At such an affordable price its worth saving for. When reading reviews my decision was made because of the longer length cable. I want to be able to use it myself and not have to worry about trouble reaching the area being treated. It also came with a 150ml tube of PolarFrost, I normally use ice packs on my back and never though of trying a cold gel before. Yesterday I used the Polar Gel before I headed off out and WoW you can feel it working alright. Just perfect, it sorted my back for me while allowing me to carry on with my busy day. Normally I would have to wait to get back home to use the ice packs for pain relief. I am so happy I purchased this item.

Expensive ornament
Expensive but others cheaper have tried great little machine easy to use and long cord no noise easy to clean and maintain can use any lubricant from poundshops but had for ages and use everyday but not felt any relief at all it's ultrasound so no heating up no noise, buzzing so you can't tell if it's working but worth the money for professional bit of kit ill keep trying sorry but honesty is the best policy I don't review much but sadly anyone who said that they were feeling better or had relief after using couldn't really have been In much pain to start with. Nice little machine but does nothing for pain relief at all

Very good for fibromyalgia and endometriosis - related pain
I just discovered ultrasound therapy in Dec, but I immediately became its no 1 fan. Especially after using TENS device for pain, devices that only work whilst they're in use but have no impact on pain or its causes after the device comes off. The pain relief is instant for my low-back and cervical pain, but please bear in mind this could be because I've already had a full 10-days treatment (I got myself hospitalised in Romania for therapy and did galvanic baths, lymphatic drainage, ultrasound therapy, laser therapy, hydrokinetotherapy in a pool filled with Techirghiol - water). You might feel the most obvious relief on your second course of treatment. As for the use of this specific device - I have a massive headache with it whenever it's time to use it on my lower back because the buttons can't be locked! The set up and options are easy to understand, but it's super difficult to use on yourself when you already have lots of difficulties with the pain in your hands. Add the annoyance of pressing buttons (that don't make any noise when pressed) in the middle of treatment, and you could end up moving the wand about for 5 min when said wand has actually been off/paused/the intensity changed 🤦🏻♀️ I really hope the developers can look into it and fix this problem.

Make sure this is the unit you need.
It's difficult to comment on the effectiveness of a piece of therapeutic equipment until one's had it a while and benefits can be assessed. The unit is nicely presented in a case, with some ultrasound conducting gel, and there is a decent length of lead. I would caution anyone thinking of purchasing to consider which part of the body needs to be treated. This unit treats deeper places such as joints. For more superficial ailments such as surface swellings, 3MHz is required, and that is available in other units. Having only realised this after using the 1MHz unit for a while, I had to buy the other type of unit for my wife's wrist. At the time of the original purchase, I could have bought a dual-frequency unit for the same price.
