These two adjustable rechargeable LED headlamps have all but paid for themselves from the amount of use I'm getting from them. I use them every day, and there's an extra one for my vehicle. I am a tattoo artist and I couldn't get the big lamps to work for me, so I opted for a head lamp. I use it for hours at a time at least 5 days a week. I ordered this exactly a year ago today and I can say it's held up amazing! No wiggling when I plug it in to charge. The band itself it still tight and the light is bright. Battery still last 8+ hours! I absolutely recommend it and will be buying some back ups if this one ever does decide to go out, but so far, it's been amazing! 2 year update! I've still used this 5 days a week for two years to the day. Hours and hours on end. It still works, but I can tell the battery isn't holding up like it used to. I get about 2 hours at it's brightest but it still charges quickly and works great, just for a shorter amount of time. The band itself has really held up over the years as well. I'm VERY impressed!! I just bought a new one to replace this one. I HIGHLY suggest this one and will buy another one in another 2 years. Definitely worth it!!

The best light for work. I've bought four of these for working in the oilfield over the past eleven years. One of those I gave as a gift. My last one lasted 4 years, using it every single day, in the worst conditions imaginable. Buy yourself some of the little clips for hardhat bands and you're set. (Like $5 on Amazon) The brightness is awesome, and I love that they upgraded the charging to a C-type cord. It's not overly bulky, and the price is hard to beat.

I've bought nearly ten units consisting of several different colors and all have operated within specs. Great QC! Comes with two micro USB cables! Some came more discharged than others, but they all worked fine. Don't buy based on stated hours of operation ( I have provided pictures of them), although not false it's not necessarly true. The high powered white LED will draw more power thus giving you a shorter runtime, this is true for all dual colored headlamps. The red LEDs draws less power and give you a 40h run time. It's still a great light! And has the slightly longer runtimes as triple AAs. For my purposes they take quite a beating ( 100° degree weather, and constant water and dust exposure) yet I've found them to last longer than most other brands and they save you from wasting money on batteries. I only have one complaint and two suggestions, after a while the rubber micro USB cover tends to fall off (this can be fixed by hidding the port behind the unopenable battery compartment and making it openable) I noticed the low setting is PWM why not create a ramping function by holding the power button? That's why I tend to stick to green and red Energizers, that would be awesome in this unit! Lastly the deep dome smooth reflector is a throwy one, typically you want to light up something close and also want to see a couple meters in front of you this can be better achieved by an orange peel reflector creating a bit more flood. Hubby is a train conductor and was struggling to check off his list and carry a lantern at the same time at night, so we got him these... So far, he is happy with them. I've heard no complaints.
