Love it ♡ 😍
Really like the look of it, I think it is an amazing journal and helps to keep motivated drinking more water and also most importantly improves mental health. Loved the few coloring pages here and there. Also interesting self reflecting notes to fill up. Excellent for self care. Overall really happy with this item 😀

Appreciated gift
I gifted this and the recipient was delighted. On arrival it was in perfect condition, I do believe the plastic wrapping is unnecessary but that is my personal opinion. The cover is beautiful with a lovely feel. The pages are good quality and contain so much information/guidance as well as lots of space for prompted journaling. You can record your daily intake of water, nutrition, amount of sleep, goals etc. The only thing I would change is to put all of the information/guidance in one section and then have blank dated pages with the journal prompts rather than setting it out in “week 1, week 2” etc.

Bought one for myself and liked it so much I bought another as a gift. It was great value at the price I paid originally, but had doubled when I bought the other but still worth the price I feel. Firstly, the outside is a pretty blue shade and feels luxe with the linen cover and gold embossed title. Inside there are weekly activities to work through, encouraging you to consider why you feel certain ways about things and helping to reframe them. Then there are daily pages to help you focus on manageable healthy changes and target setting. There are even colouring pages dotted through to complete as mindfulness activities. Really lovely.

Six and two threes.. (or a half dozen to one)
This is a journal that has prompts to help you write about your day. Some are good and inspire reflection, others are lame or cringy. In fairness, this has been designed to suit as broad an audience as possible so not everything is going to be a good fit. I found it a really useful tool to explore what I did want to reflect on and skipped other parts. Pro: It genuinely makes keeping a journal easier and more 'directed'. Con: You may not care for all the activities. Bottom line: A good way to get into the habit of keeping a journal but it may not suit all. The fact it is a hardback book gives the psychology that is a purposeful endeavour.

One of the best things I’ve bought!
A great tool and in a very short time it’s lifted my mood and not in a quick fix kind of way. Highly recommended for those who want some inspiration to be grateful for what you have rather than what you don’t have. Along with the daily journal alongside the notebook the weekly tasks are brilliant and adds some nice variety to mindfulness each week so you slowly build a rounded approach to mindfulness. After myself this is also a great gift for a friend.

Beautifully made note book / journal
Great notebook! Ideal if you don’t want to keep a diary but want to record your thoughts. I liked this design as it had a section on each page titled notes which gives you some flexibility. Ive bought it specifically to get through lockdown! There’s lots of great advice throughout the book and also some areas for doodling and colouring. Well thought out and would make a great gift.

We bought all of our staff members one of these for our wellness program. We've also been buying them for people who are in recovery for substance use disorders. Many of our employees have bought them for gifts for family members. I hope they come back in stock. Darn it.
