I am extremely picky about hand cream. I hate greasy residue, I hate strong scents, and I hate that feeling like I need to wipe my hands on my jeans after applying lotion. This duo somehow fixes all of that. Texture: The day and night creams have slightly different textures, and both are excellent. Day cream: Dries almost instantly and has ZERO greasy feel. If you’re someone who normally avoids hand cream because of the texture—this is the one that will convert you. You can put it on and immediately go back to whatever you were doing without slippery hands. Night cream: A bit more liquidy and moisturizing, with a very light lotion feel. Even so, it still absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave that gross, sticky residue most lotions do. Scent: Day cream: Basically unscented. It’s not 1000% scent-free, but it’s close enough that you’ll never notice it. Night cream: A soft, subtle lavender scent. Not overpowering, not perfume-y—just a gentle hint that’s actually relaxing and perfect for bedtime. Effectiveness: This stuff actually WORKS. My dad hates hand cream with a passion, but his hands get extremely dry and cracked from constant yard work. This is the only cream he’ll use because it doesn’t feel greasy—and it genuinely heals his hands fast. I also tested it in the harshest conditions: Syracuse, NY in January. It’s DRY dry up there, and this cream was my absolute saving grace. Cracked skin, gone. Painful dryness, gone. Bottom line: If you have dry, cracked hands and hate the feel of lotion, buy this. If you don’t hate lotion, still buy this. It absorbs fast, smells great (or barely at all), and actually fixes your hands instead of just temporarily coating them. Total holy-grail product. This stuff works pretty immediately! I HATE the feeling of lotion on my hands but my cracking skin was desperate for moisture & this cream did just that. It feels so soft & absorbs very well! No tacky or residual feeling left behind.

This is hands down the BEST hand cream I've ever used in my entire life. Seriously, this clears up almost any possible skin condition I've had that I can throw it at. It definitely moisturizes your skin like regular skin moisturizer, but it does a lot more, especially if you leave it overnight. The night version specifically is the way to go if you've got some cotton gloves to put it on underneath. That cleared up cracks on my skin in one single night. The night version doesn't absorb as well as the regular version, though. That's why I recommend using the normal version during the day, and the night version during the night, which seems to be intended, but if you won't be doing much with your hands during the day, feel free to apply the night version and just try not to touch anything that'd result in you getting the lotion anywhere other than your hands. (or use some gloves) However, it is pretty pricey, so unless you really need something like this because your skin isn't responding too well or at least well enough to other brands, then I'd recommend something by a larger brand like CeraVe purely for cost reasons.

I picked up O’Keeffe’s Working Hands Hand Cream after hearing it was great for dry, cracked hands. I’ve been struggling with rough skin this winter, so I was hopeful this would be the solution. At first, I liked how thick and creamy it felt—it definitely seemed like it would provide some serious hydration. And to be fair, it does work well enough overnight or when my hands are really dry. But there are a few things that keep me from loving it. The biggest issue is the smell—it’s not exactly pleasant. It’s kind of medicinal and strong, which makes using it throughout the day less appealing. Also, while it does moisturize, it takes a while to fully absorb, leaving my hands feeling greasy for a bit afterward. This isn’t a huge deal if I’m just lounging at home, but it’s annoying when I need to use my hands right away. To be fair, it’s effective for severely dry skin, and it’s reasonably priced for the size. But for everyday use, it’s just okay. If you’re dealing with really bad cracks or dryness, it might be worth trying, but don’t expect it to feel luxurious or smell nice. It gets the job done, but it’s not something I’d repurchase unless I was desperate.

This product is great! I have only used it for about two weeks and it's a big difference, and I don't even use it all day, just when I remember.

it’s the best out there and i’ve tried everything. non greasy, holds hydration, lasts a very long time even with frequent hand washing. before i found this my hands looked like dragon scales. after the first use that completely disappeared. i have tubes stashed everywhere now.

Work with my hands all day and this stuff is amazing! Moisturizes my dry and irritated hands, stops the burning and itching, and makes my hands look better!

Like this is virtually unscented, and is great for dry hands during the winter.
