Great buy!!
Really happy with my purchase. Very good value , well made and does what it says. You sweat like crazy wearing it at the gym, and it also gives great back support. I bought the xl initially , but after a few weeks of wearing its too big. So my sister gave me her large size that is too big on her. It’s too bulky to wear under clothes, so I wear a thin top underneath, and wear the belt over. But it gives you a nice shape.

I got this with misgivings but in fact it surprised me with how good it really is...I don't know how it will be in a couple of months but right now I am happy with it.

Really useful
This belt is amazingOn it’s own it makes an amazing job and make you sweat a lot but I add the "sliming cream" in addition for a double resultI lost a lot of waist fat in only 2 months

I am a man and have a lower back spine injury ( 5 disk and 2 checked vertebrae) lumbar spine. This help hold my spine inline and worm. But not to sweaty one of the best I had and was told about them by my Physiotherapist.RegardsRichard

Good for workouts and quick wear
I have given four stars. It’s good product although it’s been a week. The front doesn’t hold your entire tummy which you would get in a traditional waist trainer but those tend to dig into your breast which is why this made sense.After being active, I notice some of my lower tummy escapes the waist trainer. Apart from that, i like that I am able to adjust even more how tight I want it by just using the Velcro traps. Saves me time because I don’t have a lay on my bed hooking it like my more expensive ones. I can strap this and go for my run. The spines at the back holds well too.
