Ordered during Covid-19... Delivered within 5 days and the delivery men were outstanding even during the lockdown, they were equipped with PPE and were very helpful distancing and placed inside the door for me. The machine is just amazing, huge door on the front, easy to learn digital display, the book takes you through everything, it is super quiet and so efficient, it gauges the weight of your load and selects energy and water consumption accordingly, also length of wash. The Wi-Fi app is easy to download on your phone and set up, step by step instructions. You can 'snap and wash' (take a picture of your washing and provides a suggested cycle Remotely via mobile phone.)… It also has a 10 year parts guarantee included and I easily set up a labour and call out insurance service via their registration process. I have had a Candy washing machine for over 30 years, this is my second I highly recommend Candy. Great Value and quality guaranteed.

Not a bad wasting machine great value

The WiFi setting is a great feature - I can have the washing finished by the time I return home from work!

Edit - 10 months and its broke. Now stuck waiting for a repair in a 6 person household with constant washing needed, damaged kitchen flooring from the flood of water.So...... Why not 5 stars?? I've not had this long and it has developed a loud 'clunking' during a fast spin cycle, I'm about to phone the manufacturer for repair but I wouldnt expect a brand new product to develop a problem within a month of delivery.Delivery was prompt, arrived early morning, delivery was trackable through the app. Delivery drivers were polite and delivered to my desired room. Arrived in perfect condition, no damage to the packaging.Self Unpacked and installed within the hour and once I'd installed the app I was washing the mountain of clothes that I had since my last washer broke!You get a notification on your phone when the machine wash cycle has ended, which is great and prompts you to put your next load of washing on!!1 small problem when using the app to set the cycle, you have to turn the machine off and wait a few minutes before you can open the door, I dont know if this is a fault or a safety feature but it doesnt do it when you select the machine cycle manually using the very stylish dial.The 1600 spin really removes the excess water, doesnt take long for clothes to dry! Not all cycles can use the 1600 spin but you can have a text conversation with the washer and set the temperature and spin speed, which is a great function.The wash quality is definitely 10 stars, clothes are clean and smell so fresh! The detergent drawer section is smaller than my last machine so I was dubious about using less washing powder, but turns out it washes just as good, so will save money on washing powder too!The overall look of the machine is great, look nice and modern and now just need the matching dryer!!

Very quiet big capacity machine. It’s straight forward to use with lots of different wash options. The app is straight forward and it tells you when the wash is done which is handy.Overall very pleased.
