It's ridiculous not to list the ingredients. Does it have xanthan gum?

Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Songhum Flour, Arrowroot Starch, Sweet Rice Flour, Guar Gum. I believe it would help to add 1/4 tsp xanthan gum per 1 cup of Artisan Flour for certain recipes.

Are there any tree nut flours in this blend (like almond flour, etc.?)

This is from Pamela's site in regards to the Artisan flour blend : Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sorghum Flour, Arrowroot Starch, Guar Gum, Sweet Rice Flour, Rice Bran.Allergens: None. Has anyone used this blend of flour to batter fish? Results, please.

Yes. After months and months of trying different gluten free flours I have found this product to yield excellent results; I would recommend it strongly.

If you're using a bread maker, which one are you using and with good results?

I've had two or three bread makers over the years and I think they're all pretty much the same. I now just make bread with my good old Kitchenaid mixer and it comes out just fine.
