I was looking to replace some old motion lights I had for our Christmas tree. The advantage to these is that you can plug in the first string then remove the controllers from the additional strings and plug the strings together and get one effect for all of the strings. They look good and were a good value.

We put the lights up indoors, all around the living/kitchen areas of our apartment, in a straight line where the wall meets the ceiling, with loctite fun-tak. The lights are a pretty purple and not overly bright. (I tried this with standard Christmas lights and they were too bright for having that many indoors.) We had one string up for a few months and liked it so much, we completed the apartment outline with a second string.Edit: I wanted to add, I bought these almost two years ago. They are still great! They just make the place feel happy.

...and in my 6+ decades on this earth that is a whole lot of light sets.Time will tell how long the bulbs last but the connections are superb. I am used to chintzy electrical plugs that fall apart and sections of LEDs that burn out and then of course connecting end to end is alsways messy but this has unique connectors .... very well designed and seem solid. The way they are build gives me faith that the qulaity inside should be as good as the quality outside. The only negative reviews were the purple was not purple enough? And shipping took too long. I can live with that. I got purple BTW and it seems purple enough for me.

These lights are fantastic! You can string multiple lines together and set the pattern you want or choose a random pattern change cycle. All the lights strung on the same string will change in unison. You disconnect the control box on the added strings so only one controller is needed for all attached strings. One caveat is that I strung these across grape vines that run in front of my house on each side of the gate. I ended up separating the two sides, so the pattern changing was not synced between the left and right, but all strings attached to one controller do sync and change at the same time. They were easy to put up and take down, and they have screw in attachments to keep moisture out. I plan to buy more for next year.

I have recently bought several new outdoor xmas light strings from various brands. For those other purchases, the colors have really been "off" for traditional xmas lights (e.g., pink, lightening blue, etc.) and many have been very dull and dim. This brand is by far the best. They were easy to string and combine and the color is good as traditional xmas lights. They could be a bit brighter, but face it, for their benefits, LED lights are just not going to pop and glow like the incandescent lights of old. For what they are, they are great. The various options for blinking, etc., did work for all 4 strings of lights I bought: no issues.

Best lights ever. I had them for Halloween and ended up ordering more for Christmas. The length is incredible. I have not used them in direct weather but I have had them around my front door.

Have all white Christmas trees and garland outdoors and this is the only lighting I have used. Beautiful without a doubt. I should have ordered longer lengths but I ordered 2 more as they easily connect to each other Lovely colour and brightness... well worth the money.

We leave the lights on the house all year but only turn them on at Xmas . So far (as of 2022-11-25) none have failed . Really happy . Good value for price !

I'm a little disappointed in these as I wanted a more warm light like traditional mulitcoloured Christmas lights and that's what seems to be pictured, but the result is much more of a cold light, comparable to the difference between lights that are Warm White or just White. It really is a shame because I like the variety offered by the different settings, and they really do seem like impressively good quality, but they just will not do for what I'd originally intended them for. Though since they are not very expensive I may end up keeping them to find some other use rather than going through the hassle of returning them. I just wanted to highlight this issue for anyone else for whom this might be a concern.

Very light I hung them up in my bedroom and I only needed to use thumbtacks, Super cute the cord isn’t big and chunky lots of different kinds of settings I personally like the twinkle Lang and yeah I just overall very good cute lights
