A great place to start
Bought as a gift for my brother who's living in a van; it offers excellent and creative recipes, plus there's no saying you can only use ramen noodles (and even if you do, there's so many types to try and I don't just mean flavors). My brother has had this for quite some time now and he already has multiple favorite recipes; it provides well rounded meals that includes the meat and veggies people need, it's also easy to make alterations so they perfectly suit your tastes; would definitely recommend to those living in spaces without a proper kitchen and\or on a tight budget.

Smaller than I thought
I bought this as a gag gift for a college student, I paired it with a box of ramen noodles. The book is small, around 5x7". The recipes are imaginative and even though I bought this as a joke, I'd probably try one or two of their ideas.

Good for a noodle fanatic.
My grown child could eat noodles morning, noon and night. I don’t even think this book was read at all but it was a great addition to Christmas stuff. I’m sure someone could gets lots of ideas from it, just not me because I’m not a noodle person. It’s still in my drawer for future reference just in case.

Great for Couples on a Budget, too
At first glance, one might think this book is geared solely toward the college crowd. While it is certainly useful for them, its also very useful in our house of 30-somethings on a budget. Many of the recipes don't use the seasoning packet, so those with sodium concerns can relax. Most of the recipes are very easy and simple with cheap things you're likely to have on hand (i.e. hamburger, cheese, onion, sour cream, soup) and a lot of variety (soups, salads, beef, chicken, pork, etc.). Most of the recipes are for 2 servings, making it nice for couples, though certainly you could double it for a larger household. The book even has a plastic cover (to protect from splatters) and is spiral bound so you can lay it flat on the counter and read the recipes while you cook. There is plenty of space on each page to make notes (i.e. "next time add more onions"). The only negative thing is that most of these recipes use several pans -- you need one to boil the noodles in (why are there no microwave directions for Ramen Noodles?) while you're making the bulk of the recipe in another pan, then you have to drain the noodles with the strainer ... you get the idea. Totally worth 10 bucks, though.

Many excellent and creative recipes to try!
I'm just getting into this book series and have enjoyed every recipe I've tried so far. The recipes in this book really up your ramen noodle game a notch or ten. Transform a mundane bowl of instant noodles and soup base packet into an actual meal. One you're going to want to come back to time and time again! Highly recommended, even if you only occasionally eat ramen noodles!

Fantastic Book
I like this book, the meals are effortless to make, and most are for one to two people; some are for up to four people. The recipes are easy enough. A beginner cook or a kid could do them. They are very well written. I am glad I bought it.It says the recipes can be for macaroni or ramen noodles; I have only tried them with the ramen not sure how it would be with macaroni.

Schade!

Great for the student!!!
Who would have thought you could do so much with Ramen? Sure some of the recipes are "gimmies" (eg. - ramen and a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup). But the rest of the book more than makes up for it . Worth twice the price, and a great gift. I'd buy this again if I didn't already have one.

Practical and easy to understand ideas for the use of this versatile resource. Could be part of the important fourth pillar of pension planning for millennials and others who have not saved enough for retirement.
