Product quality does not taste the same ever since Amazon bought out prices increased by almost 100% if you have to have them which I do get the dark chocolate buttercreams hopefully the prices go down

Grew up loving Fannie May and so wanted the Amazon relationship to work for them. But as you can see, for almost fifty dollars I was shipped a warm melted mess of chocolate. Even once I chill them there is no way they are suitable for serving. So sad.

Ordered as a gift for a family member who loves Fannie May butter creams. Fannie May stores no longer available in my area. Paid twice for a one pound box vs. buying in a store when ordering on line thru Amazon. So sad, miss our Fannie May stores, Candy still excellent quality and taste.

I ordered these and received a box wrapped in Christmas wrap from last Christmas (2019). Some of the chocolates were broken and the buttercream was dried out and hard. They were in a bubble wrap envelope with an ice back. This didn’t protect the chocolates from falling every which way. So sad because these used to be my favorite!

I love this type of candy From Fannie May, but I am afraid to order it again. The chocolates were all melted together. As soon as I opened the first box, I was disappointed. They no longer looked like separate chocolates. They were a melted mess. It was delivered in summer in Florida, so I guess that explains it—no special care in the packing so it could withstand heat. A waste of money.

I've been buying Fannie May Dark Chocolate Vanilla Buttercreams for years. While it is the absolute best chocolate in the world, this price is ridiculous for a pound and way more than the company ever charged in the past. I won't be buying these this year.

I have been purchasing Fannie May butter creams for over 50 years. They have always been very good. The butter cream was always very smooth and soft. These two packages were shipped on Nov 24th and did not arrive until December 16th. On the tracker they said shipped to distribution USPS a week or so after the order, but were constantly being updated as delayed with a new arrival date. These butter creams covered in chocolate showed signs of melting and the creams were very stiff or much firmer than previous purchases....I am assuming they were fresh when originally shipped, but encountered heat and cold while sitting in some distribution center for close to a month.

Price was a little high, but the chocalates tasted OK. Big problem was the chocolates were partially melted. This took away from the look aspect. Considering the relatively high price more thought should go into shipping in a way that protects against heat.
