CANMOV Modern Sideboard Storage Cabinet Buffet Table

Built this by myself in a little over 2 hours. The ‘directions’ are pretty strait forward. But I’m also used to building things where the directions are just pictures of what you’re supposed to do next. It’s pretty solid and I’m enjoying the look of it. It doesn’t really look like something that was delivered in a flat pack box.The only thing I had trouble with was putting the rails on the drawers, since I didn’t know how to take them apart at first I had to look up how to disengage a ball bearing drawer rail to be able to understand it. But that’s no real fault of the company, though a quick picture on how to do it would have saved be about half an hour. Next time I have to install the same type of drawers I wont have this issue. XDAnd like other reviews said the 3 drawer pieces are mislabeled, but its easy enough to figure out what they should be.

I want to return this on principle because the company has made no effort to make assembly user-friendly. Using pictures is fine, but they should include enough detail so that I can see the differences between different pieces. This is super important because every single item I needed for step one was mislabeled. I have to go to outside resources to figure out which piece is which.This is a common complaint in the reviews and CANMOV has not done anything to fix the problem. No matter how nice the product is, I will not buy from this brand again.UPDATE: We put it together and hand more issues. Holes for shelves were uneven so we had to drill new holes and the drawers are not aligned. This is a nice piece of furniture that looks really awkward because of sloppy manufacturing.

Bought this because it fit perfectly on an awkward wall in my house. The piece is heavy and looks nice, but the hardware to put it together seems cheap. We have quite a few IKEA pieces, and IKEA hardware is much better and sturdier.

This is the second piece of furniture I buy from this company and overall I'm very happy with both of them. They look great, they feel great, they are sturdy. The design is really cool and on the whole I got a really great piece of furniture at a great price! Now, I am a professional DIY'er (if such a thing exists) and have been building furniture for 10+ years. The ONLY reason I was able to put this together correctly the first time around was my experience building furniture and the fact that I had already built another piece from this company. What a missed opportunity by the manufacturer! If they had more clear and accurate instructions I'm sure this cabinet would be getting 5 stars from everyone.

I expected more. Thus was a mess to assess it nowhere states how the metal slates are to take apart. But well, I figured it out.The drawers don't line up. It is ok but I would not purchase this again.

This is a very quality feeling cabinet, I could tell right away but it's weight. Looks lovely in my dining after assembling it. Only complaint is that this does take some time to assemble. About a couple hours for me. The part I got confused about is the drawer sliders. They come as one piece for 2 separate steps that need them. The drawer pieces can be separated into 2 parts for those 2 separate steps that need them. The manual does not explain/illustrate that well at all. But this was worth it after the work.

Just put this cabinet together but all you get for instructions are pictures. Fortunately all of the screws and small parts are placed in separate packages which are marked. The pictures (actually drawings) show which packs go with each assembly step. All the big pieces (sides, top, etc) are also marked but in my case several pieces were mis-marked. Spent a lot of time looking for something I missed but determined it was badly marked pieces. Also, the instructions say nothing of separating the sliders on the drawer. The sliders come as one piece and half get attached to the walls of the cabinet and the other half attaches to the drawer. Simple to understand but from a sketchy drawing not easy to figure. Spent a lot of time looking for another slider part. Had no missing parts until the end when I realized I was missing two of the four adjustable feet that the cabinet sits upon. Two feet were missing from the base but since two of the were already installed, it was not clear whether the other two were missing or only two feet were needed. Have yet to receive an additional two feet. In the meantime, not using the cabinet since I don't want to have to unload it in order to install the additional two feet. I would guess I spent 9 hours over 3 days to assemble the cabinet. Will assume I will get two more feet... will update this review and lower the rating if I don't.Update: Suddenly this seller has disappeared... Their internet address of canmov-home.com cannot be found and any email I send gets returned as 'unknown'. May be a temporary glitch but I'm left with a product I can't really use until I get the missing parts.

I received this item in horrible condition. Box was ripped everywhere and stuff was exposed on all corners of the box.When I opened the package all protective foam was in pieces and it made a mess in my living room.The hardware that came with it was not labeled and the instructions were not clear at all. On some pages the instructions weren’t readable at all.And finally when I took the parts out n clean them from the foam mess, every single part is scratched, front and back side!I didn’t know what to do, since this was at Christmas time and everything was closed.I put it together but it took 2 days it was very hard without proper explanation and the hardware not being properly labeled.Now I have this big piece of furniture in my living room that I see every day but it’s damaged and scratched and it’s visible.I’m very disappointed and I feel that I lost my money .
