I bought this item to use as an eReader, and for lighter this that i dont need to us my regular Ipad 10" for. It works great and is the perfect size. It’s also versatile since it’s an iPad. Battery will not hold charge
We purchased a refurbished iPad for our daughter for Christmas. The iPad will not hold a charge. The battery dies and shuts off at the 40% mark. Once plugged in and charging it starts at a 40%. I have sent multiple messages to this company asking for them to replace the part or item. Have not received any kinds of answers back.

Wonderful purchase.
I was quite pleasantly surprised by this renewed purchase. It is in immaculate condition and works perfectly. The two big surprises: - I ordered this iPad Mini 4 with 64 GB storage. I was sent one with 128 GB. - The one thing I dread with new devices is installing a screen protector. This is the first device I have bought with a screen protector already installed. Great Item.
