Our mom drinks it much better & more often than having to use the powder. She also likes adding lemo s, limes or orange slices for variety.

my wie uses this and finds it helps prevent aspiration when drinking,it has no taste to bother her using it with juices or other drinks as a mix.The price is comparable with local pharmacies' except CVS often gives coupons for dollars of on anything so it helps offset the cost

Bought this for my dad in the hospital. They were using powdered thickener which resulted in clumpy water and he would not drink it. This comes pre thickened and is awesome. If he wants flavor i can add it and shake without worries of clumps. Great product!

My toddler son is on a dysphagia diet. I bought this product to mix with powdered drink mixes. It works nicely and the thickness is as advertised. As far as drinking this water by itself or plain, it has a slight after taste. My child will not drink it by itself due to the after taste, but an adult can surely get used to it.

This is strictly my own opinion, I don't like the taste or texture. I tried it out of curiosity.

Thick-It has been a life saver for my father who suffers from severe dysphagia. He mixes Thick-It into his water to change the consistancy so he is able to swallow water without aspirating. My father says Thick-It does not change the taste and he prefers the liquid over the powder due to ease of use.

This is the second time the top of a bottle came damaged. The first time I couldn’t even get the bottle opened. My brother was able to get it opened for me this time. There was no visible damage to the box, so it was shipped like that?
