Utterly Disappointing
I purchased this hot sauce to use in a "Hot Ones" style challenge for my 30th birthday. My primary reason for selecting this sauce was that I believed Gordon Ramsey enjoyed it on his episode, though in rewatching this was the sauce immediately after the one he enjoyed. The reason I re-watched the episode was that I found this sauce to be the worst I've ever experienced.Upon opening you're hit with the strong scent of garlic, once you taste it the garlic becomes overwhelming. The consistency of this sauce is like water and there is very little heat.All in all there is nothing positive about this sauce in my experience. It does look good and has a fun name though. If you have a friend who's a garlic lover and doesn't enjoy heat in their food you could give this as a gift.

There HAS to be a way to return faulty bottles...
For $12, I love the sauce - I actually reordered on this purchase. This rating is because my bottle arrived with a cracked bottom (all sealed up in bubble wrape) and there is no mechanism to advise the seller and request a new one.

Tasty before the heat hits you
I thought this would be another over the top peppery sauce. I was pleasantly surprised with the lack of vinegar acidity and the touch of citrus flavors/sweetness they put into this sauce. As for the heat, It's not that bad! But I may be biased since I've been putting it on everything since I got used to the heat. That said, it's a fantastic sauce!

Like Riding a Wave of Heat
I can't say enough good thinks about Kolohekid. Seriously this stuff is great. The flavor profile is both a nice smooth heat and a bit of tinge from the apple cider vinegar. It's definitely a one of a kind kind of sauce. I will say though that I have trouble applying in to a ton of dishes; the consistency of the sauce tends to separate as the liquid absorbs into your food while the more solid bits just sit on top. Again, not bad for some folks but can be a bit iffy when topping rice or poke bowls. Still! If you're on the fence about picking up a bottle, just jump on board a get one; you won't regret it.

Pretty Hot, But delicious. I understand why this kid is mischievous.
KoloheKid is a very good, pretty hot Sauce definitely want to use this sparingly if you don't enjoy much heat. It's very vinegar forward and only uses a few simple but absolutely delicious and quality ingredients to a resoundingly delicious extent.I enjoy a small bit on eggs, and even made jerky with it this week. Highly recommend.

Great flavor profile.
I really enjoyed this hot sauce. It reminded me of a spicy version on Frank's red hot. It had that vinegar bite and smooth sweetness. At first it won't hit you and you'll think you're not getting your money's worth but as you keep going, it builds on itself to be just spicy enough to be a tad bit annoying. The flavor is key, as this can be used on many things and doesn't hurt.

Pretty disappointing. Lacking any heat and consistency was closer to a watery Tabasco.

Even though it says ghost pepper it’s still mighty tasty
