Does seem to be totally natural, most of the dates are still attached to the branches (see the photos I uploaded). Slightly more sweet than ohter deglet nour dates I got from Amazon itself, but that maybe because of its origin (Tunisia) and being naturally sweeter.

Very dry dates. No expiry date information. Looks like old stock. Avoid it.
There dates are as dry as khajoor dates. Was expecting plump dates with good flavour. Was disappointed.

Just because it is dates, I kept it. No expiry dare mentioned on box poorly packed quality and taste not at all as expected.
