This is my second bottle, I was looking for a trace minerals supplement made in the USA, gluten free, cero sugar and low carb; (sugar alcohols is not the same). I’ve been doing intermittent fasting 16:8 with a very low carb diet, so I know that I am not consuming the necessary minerals on a daily basic thru my two meals a day. So I purchased this product and let me tell you I am so happy I did, first the price is not bad at all compared to other products, and it taste like pineapple juice...so good, no bitter taste and it doesn’t irritate my stomach, some might find it a little too sweet but I like it....but most importantly Is that I can already noticed that my body was lacking trace minerals; which btw helps with sleep. Although, I take minerals there is a difference between minerals and trace minerals. Here is a small explanation from the web: (Minerals help your body carry out its daily functions and processes in the most efficient and beneficial way possible. ... But “trace” minerals are also important, though we need them in much smaller amounts. Trace minerals include iron, chromium, copper, zinc, iodine, manganese and selenium). I am very happy with this brand, I give it a 👍 I will continue to purchase this product for sure, try it you won’t be disappointed.

A very fine product, I can feel the difference when I use it. It taste good and I recommend it to everyone.

I have been using this product about every other day and am not yet sure if it is "making me healthier;" however, it tastes great, like a VERY sweet tropical drink or snowball syrup (may be too sweet for some folks). I compared it to the ingredients of Dr. Berg's trace mineral's formula and they have almost all of the same trace minerals. The Tropical Oasis version has a couple of undesired ingredients and Dr. Berg's has a couple of ingredients I wish Tropical Oasis had; however, Dr. Berg's version is much more expensive, is a smaller bottle and has a metallic taste to it. Both are in plastic bottles and Dr. Berg's has a dropper. With Tropical Oasis, I just pour some of it in the cap of the bottle and down the hatch it goes for a yummy 1/2 shot of goodness. I have been on a loose keto diet for about a month and use both of these trace minerals and alternate them, combined with taking sea kelp capsules and Dr. Berg's adrenal/cortisol support. I do intermittent fasting about 2-3 times a week where I only eat 1-2 meals a day and have about 16 hours between my last meal of the day and my next meal. About an hour before my first meal, after a fast, I mix about a half cup of good quality extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, which makes me feel alert, refreshed and energized. I have been feeling so much better this past month, losing weight slowly, but surely, and my acid reflux has gotten substantially better and is almost non-existent with this combination of things. Before doing all of this, I was gaining weight like crazy, terribly fatigued and had acid reflux issues almost every night. Now in my 40's ,I am starting to feel like I have life and much more mental vitality again :-) So to those out there who feel hopeless, be encouraged!!!

Soooo excellent! This has helped me with my oxygen levels and my thinned hair at the top of my head has filled in significantly. I had a relaxer service done years ago that damaged my hair follicles and my hair was having a hard time coming back in. This was only one month of intake. I’m still working it out but you can see the difference. Super tasty and easy to take!! I wait an hour before my morning coffee as caffeine blocks the absorption of iron!! I hope this helps someone out there ❤️

Buy this quality product!!

I like the product- I take it with two other Tropical Oasis products for leg cramps and hair loss. It seems to work. It tastes fine though a little too sweet. My problem is with the lids. Every time I open them a good deal of product slops out on the floor. Please fix! It's messy and wasteful/expensive.

I was a true skeptic.I read all the testimonials and decided to give it a go. Last month I purchased Youngevity Plant Derived Minerals. I was hoping beyond hope that it would make a difference. I will say that I "think" that it made a smidgen of a difference. The taste was Horrible!! It would take a person with no taste buds to use that product straight from the bottle. I decided to try Tropical Oasis before giving up completely on liquid minerals. OMG!! A world of difference...First and foremost it is absolutely delicious. No need to mix it with anything. It's yummy! Next, the results...I am now sleeping so much better. At least two nights this past week I slept 8 hours straight through. That NEVER happened before, except for when I was very young. The joint pain in my hips and knees have decreased by at least 75%!!!! I can honestly say that today for the first time in a very long time, I feel 30 years old instead of 60!! Oh, and by the way, YES, I did subscribe. I don't want to be without this product.
