Lovely Fit, Pleasing Sound, Bargain at £20
I own a lot of headphones (including several Chinese Chi-Fi brands, Audio Technica, Bose, Grado, and B&W) and care about sound quality. For £20, I’m super impressed with these! I’ll try to get through this review with talking audiophile nonsense, however.I’ve always been disappointed with Bluetooth headphones (especially Bose QC range) when actively listening. The compression is often really obvious and so have stuck with wired (despite Apple’s insistence to the contrary). However, these Haylou’s are the first I’ve enjoyed. While at top volume they do distort (bass gets blown out, highs become harsh), at around 80% they sound lovely. And have a nice warmth to them, which is really pleasing to listen to. If you’re actively listening you’ll hear some noise and lack of definition, but going about your day with some tunes they’re lovely. Really nice, actually.I’ve listened to hip hop, lots of grime, jazz, classical, indie and ambient through these and they all sound pleasing. I’ve not tested them on a nosey commute yet - as there aren’t many of those in lockdown.I’ve also not used them for gaming so unsure of the lag situation. Would be inclined to use wired there however. They’re also comfortable and surprisingly they stay in (even during a sweaty run). Only time they‘be come out is when passing the neck hole of a tight jumper. These were intended for running and workouts, however I seem to be using them daily now, replacing my wired B&W C5s.The build quality is also solid. The charging case they come in feels solid and is magnet closed with a sensor that shows remaining charge for the case battery. Again, really impressive for £20.On to the bad:As some others have reported, I had some problems pairing both earpieces at first. I think this is because they’re not charged out of the box, so you need to peel back the cover (each earpiece has a cover over their charging connection in the box) and let them sit for 30 mins. Which is frustrating. But once paired, have been fine. Would be nice to be able to pair to multiple devices and switch between them however. The major issue I have is with the touch sensor. It’s slow to respond, inaccurate and requires an longer hold than a “tap”. Also, readjusting an earpiece will trigger it. I’d be happy just to turn that function off. Also only used them on one call so far and they apparently sounded a little distorted to the caller, but we could communicate. So in summary, they aren’t perfect, but fit well and most importantly sound surprisingly good. When considering they’re only £20, they’re an absolute bargain! I plan to pick up a few as Xmas presents.

Extremely comfortable mid-range earbuds
A neat and compact case houses and charges the earbuds well. The sound needs more base to really make these top quality. One of the earbuds did not hold its charge for long, however that may have been due to me not fitting them in the case correctly. A definite requirement would be for the buds to be clearly marked L R. Also maybe adding a tactile reference for those with sight impairments. The buds are so comfortable that I did forget I was wearing them - wife not happy as she had been calling me!!The touch sensitive system fir play/pause/skip forwards/backwards works very well and is easily accessible. In summary, these are a good earbuds but with some slight modifications could be great!

great sound, value for money long battery life
Its been approx 6 month i have been using these headphones. Amazed how cleverly these has been built, very clear and good sound. The down side is the call quality, not good if you are planning to buy it for extensive calls.Pros -- very good sound quality for music lovers- Touch in both earbuds- Battery life- light weight- holds good in ear, no falling so farCon- not great call quality- touch features tricky to use, its may be because the tiny size of it. but never faced a problem for start stopping the song. problem faced when we do next and previous songs for which we need to touch 3 times.overall very happy, value for money

cheap headphones
I guess it's hard to expect beautiful sound quality from cheap headphones, but people I talked to told me that mic quality was bad. Also it is infuriating when you adjust a headpohne that started dropping out of your ear and it ends a call or smth - thinking you just "touched" it. I have a similair model with buttons - so I returned to using them.

Great Product
First time using a Haylou product and wasn't disappointing for the low price tag the products packs a good all round sound quality and would recommend them to anyone. The only issue i found which isn't a issue with the earbuds themselves but is the length of the usb charging cable that comes with them but if many of you are like me you'll probably have a few lying around

Great earbuds
They are amazing, comfortable and the battery lasts for at least two hours (I haven’t tried for longer, but I never ran out). The lights on the case are very useful to know how much charge there’s left. The sound is really good. Only negative thing is the fact that you can’t control the volume from the buds, but I can live with that!

Very chunky and rubbish
Decided to return this as the sound quality is not as expected. Ive had the older version which carry box was smaller and more practical. Charging box is so chunky. EarPods are very big and even with smallest ear fitting still very uncomfortable.Noise around is always louder than your voice so there is no noise cancellation at all.Touch bottom is not practical as by every time you try to fit in inside your ear it’s messing around. Decided to go with anker one under promotion for £35 cant be more happy. Definitely go for anker from any aspect.

Superb Sound
These are an excellent set of ear buds that product great sound and block out noise in the background. Now that I’m working from home more often, it helps to drown out the sound of neighbours mowing their lawn etc.I did have some issues with the ear buds not pairing with each other. In order to overcome this, follow the steps below:1) hold for 5 seconds until they go red then let go.2) hold the ear buds for 15 seconds. It will first flash white and then red and then red again. Then let go.3) put the buds back in the case.4) now connect the buds via Bluetooth
