I love these books for my resource room...they are great differentiated material for the students who have various deficits.

Easy to read for kids to understand and appreciate

This is an amazing resource for teachers. You do need to have prior knowledge on how to teach narrative, informational, and opinion forms of writing. The curriculum spirals and aligns to CCSS which is great for students with limited attention spans. You can teach the content in small bites and it is really evident if the student is making progress or has mastered the standard. It is also a great tool for gathering standards based data and using the data to plan next steps for instruction.

This is an excellent teaching resource, however, the copy we received was clumsily placed in the shipping envelope and the front cover was folded back and deeply creased. Obviously, this doesn't affect the content, but our little third grader looks forward to his new books, especially in this time when there are so few things available for students to be excited about. So naturally, receiving the book damaged before he could see it was a little disappointing. Hopefully this is a rare occurrence and more care will be exercised in packaging these fine resources.

I am loving using these in my classroom. It definitely jumps into the skills, so there is a steep learning curve in the beginning. However, the spiral nature of the book provides ongoing practice and development of the skills.

I ordered this to supplement my language curriculum for homeschooling. I love it! My children have already started using it this summer even though school is over for now. It is concise daily practice, well put together, and helpful in knowing what we need to further review. I have used 180 days of math successfully for a few years now, and am just as pleased with 180 language. I look forward to adding it to my daily routine in the fall!

Excellent day to day curriculum. I love that it has day to day work and a cd to use. Very helpful when trying to give work on a day to day basis and follow the 180 day school calendar. While still teaching what has to be taught everyday without getting frustrated these books are perfect.

My son is in a gifted and talented school class and I always like him to be on top of his game, so during 2nd grade I bought this for 3rd grade and we did around 2 pages per day. He agreed this book is very helpful.
