I use this on my face, throat, arms, shoulders, and thighs. Very versatile because of the several sizes of cups. I use it with facial oil so the compressed cups glide on my face. I found instructions elsewhere on using it to plump lips too. So happy with the process and results. Keeping silicone cups still helps with back neck and shoulder pain. Hold a moment then slide. May leave bruise like areas if left in one position for too long.On my face and décolletage I gently suction then slide. Turns skin slightly pink/red but no lasting evidence.I use after cleansing, then toner and then oil.Love it!ps: remember to be gentle! The purpose of this is to rejuvenate your skin - I’m no pro but that’s my take on it. Use oil so it glides. I use it to ‘kiss’ my face - not an octopus lip lock!! Gently scoot it across your face - if it feels like dragging , use less suction. Other areas are where I can be more assertive - thighs, shoulders, etc.

discovering cupping has been life-changing for me. I have fibromyalgia and cupping has helped a lot with my trigger point issues.lure is my favorite brand of cups but is also the most expensive.these are great cups for moving and static cupping. the facial cups are great to relieve sinus tension and jaw pain.the oil is great for facial cupping. when I use my body cups in the shower I just use shower gel.I highly recommend these cups.

Not sure if it really works for wrinkles on face but I mainly bought it to use the larger cups on my always swore arms/shoulders and it appears to help with circulation and subsides the pain a little which is better then nothing,

Quality products! But caused me to breakout more. Not sure if its because of the suction that caused things deep down to surface or not but prolly wont use again. :(
