These pens write with the fluid ease of a fountain pen, and don't bleed through to the other side of the page in my expanded Moleskine journals. There's no skipping, no hard start-ups, and the line is consistent. Love the Navy Blue color, too, like classic fountain pen ink. Highly recommended for anyone who does long session writing, journaling, or note taking. Very easy on the hand and writes with barely any pressure which is a good way to avoid fatigue or writer's cramp.

These are amazing pens, they write smoothly and don't smudge. They last a while too and you can see how full they are on the sides. Colors are nice!

Wow -- these are the best roller pens I have ever used or bought. The ink flows well and the roller moves easily and smoothly across the paper. Highly recommend. I do like the extra fine point over the fine point (which is a bit too wide of a line on the paper).

Very nice, extra fine line pens. Pilot also makes a much broader line version. I've usedf both for years; leakproof unless abused or very, very old.

Great pens, I've been using this brand for 10 years they are long-lasting, very solid, with great quality, and even some that I did not use in over 5 years that I had in storage still worked beautifully as if they just came off the store shelf.

I suppose I'm the idiot for taking a chance on these pens, since a couple other reviewers noted that they didn't get the product they expected. Nonetheless, the day I placed my order, the product description said "Micro Point, 0.25 mm" and the product specs said "Extra Fine .25 mm" and I figured that the substitution of a .5 mm pen for the advertised pen must have been a thing of the past. I figured wrong. These pens have a tip twice the diameter they state having! That's like ordering a T-shirt size Medium and being sent an X-Large; yes, technically you could wear it, but it's not at all what you wanted. If you are looking for a "Fine Tip" rather than an "Extra Fine" or "Ultra Fine" or "Micro Point," these pens are great. They do write cleanly and smoothly, have a true black ink and resist fading. In fact, they are probably one of my top picks for a 0.5 mm pen. I've owned these pens in the past (and do again, apparently!) and haven't had problems with skipping or scratching, though they are prone to leaks, so use caution if you travel with pens frequently. These are lovely for a 0.5 mm pen; they just don't cut it for a .25 mm pen. Edited to add (2/25/11): Awesome! Looks like the product description and title have been changed to read 0.5 mm! It still says "Micro Point," in the title, which it isn't. It's an "Extra Fine" pen and still excellent at being an "Extra Fine" but undeniably poor at being a "Micro Point." I've added two stars since the product I received is what it now purports to be. As I noted before, these are very satisfying 0.5 mm pens, but due to their tendency to leak I recommend them with some reservations.

I have been using this item in Purple Ink for several years. Before that I used it with Blue Ink. So obviously, I like it very much. I have arthritis in my hands and wrists and I need a pen that flows easily and is not too thick. This item fits my small, size 7, hands perfectly. And I love the purple…perfect for a senior!!

Great pens! Easy flowing ink - better than gel, and very cost effective! I have used these for about seven years, and have yet to find a pen that is its equivalent in value, writing quality, and longevity.

Ich habe während meiner Schulzeit und dem Studium etliche verschiedene Stifte ausprobiert und nutze jetzt nur noch den Pilot Pen. Als Linkshänder hat man oft das Problem, dass die Tinte beim Schreiben nicht schnell genug trocknet und daraufhin verwischt und Kugelschreibern bieten bei Weitem nicht den gleichen Schreibconfort wie dies Tintenroller können. Der Stift ist wirklich unschlagbar, was den Tintenfluss und die Tocknungszeit angeht, flüssiges/ angenehmes Schreiben und kein Verwischen mehr! Ich hatte das Glück, dass ein amerikanischer Freund den Stift bei mir vergessen hatte und war gleich von Anfang an begeistert, da er mit keinem Rollerball oder Gelstift auf dem einheimischen Markt vergleichbar ist. Ich bestelle mir seit dem einmal im Jahr eine Packung wofür ich auch gerne die langen Lieferzeiten von bis zu drei Wochen in Kauf nehme.
