It's horrible to be told you snore, even worse to wake yourself up snoring! What to do? I found this product and tried it.When I first received it I had to mold it to my teeth which was an easy thing to do - just follow the instructions which were simple. It's easy to adjust and I tried different settings to find out one that works. Don't think it doesn't work if you try it and still snore, try a different setting.For me, I am absolutely amazed and delighted that this little thing does actually work!! I stopped snoring the first night I used it and since then myself and my partner have had snoreless nights and better sleep thankfully.I did find my jaw ached the next day as it's being forced forward for a few hours and in the morning my jaw clicks. It settles down though and I did adjust it to a lesser setting which was better and still prevented my snoring. Fully recommend it. It's selfish not to do something for others that have to listen to your snores.

Great product! I wake up feeling less groggy. I switched from a sleep apnea machine to this mouthpiece. They cost difference is obvious. I have never slept better in my life than I have with this mouthpiece. I've already turned 3 of my friends on to them and purchased two more for my other residences.

The device is comfortable and performs as described. The mouthpiece was easy to fit to my mouth.

This is a pretty decent product. First off, I have a custom made snore appliance that was made by a healthcare provider. After years, it broke and had to be sent for repair. Because it takes a few weeks to get back, I looked for an interim alternative. This fit the script. My wife didn't notice any snoring and it was comfortable for me to use. However, that could be because I was already used to wearing an oral appliance at night. Don't get me wrong, this appliance isn't as comfortable as my professional made appliance, but it definitely works. The core principles are the same by holding your jaw in a protrusive manner, which maintains an open airway. I would recommend this product to anyone who's looking for a snoring solution without spending high $$$.

This works great. It does take a couple days to get used to.... but the amount that it improves the quality of your sleep is amazing.

I tried using it a few nights, but could not use it 2 nights in a row. I find it to be big and bulky and I'm not a small person! Also it is pulling on my upper front teeth, concerned they may come lose.
