Very good amp for the money.
Very good amp for it's small size.I have it running on Channel 1/2a single Pioneer 6x9 in a sealed boxThe Taramps is feeding it200W RMS @ 4 OHM bridged& it's screams.& On Channel 3/4I have it running the walmart special10" Kicker sub poweredin a wedge truck box(The original built in Kicker Amp died so i discnnected it from the sub)So the Sub is actually is 1 OHM & even though the Taramps isn't rated for 1 OHMI have it wired at 2OHM stereo on the Taramps & it still rocks hard(Only cuts out on close to max volume sometimes, so the protection circuit works good)

Good things, small packages yada yada
I took a gamble on this as I wanted a tiny amp to run my 6.5" door speakers while tucked behind the front console trim. This did the trick size wise. I've watched a number of Taramps videos on YouTube, so I was pretty confident it would make decent power (compared to other tiny no-name amps) and it does. Hopefully it proves to be durable. I'm running it bridged with the gain barely off the minimum as my Kickers handle 100wrms each. They go to full volume on my Pioneer receiver without losing quality. The preset crossover setpoints are no problem as I leave them in full and use my receivers crossovers and eq settings. Also, I have no noise that some reviews mention. Perhaps those folk have ground loop issues? Anyway I'll definitely keep Taramps on my radar for future amps.Update 2/15/2025: I bought my second Taramps for another vehicle. My first amp is working great so it was a natural choice to pop in my winter beater. I installed this one behind the headunit as it was a media receiver with extra space.

Solid for what you pay
Easy to install and the sound quality it outputs is great the only small flaw is the sensitivity on the gain knobs turned mine just a pinch and it’s quite vocal

Tiny in size. But big on power
I’m very impressed by this amp. I had a much higher powered amp on mids before. This is much louder. Just another taramp that puts out more power than it’s rated for. I would recommend

The size makes it worth it
Originally bought because I wanted to split the front tweeters from the components in door. So given the power I connected speakers to one channel and tweeters to the other. The good is this little thing has alot of power. I mean alot. The bad it's class D so this could be good or bad. Good because it's more efficient power wise but the Sq was not as good as the 5chan so I am using this to drive the tweeters and the ab class amp to drive all the vocals and sub... if your using factory headunit then this would 100% take the strain of the headunit and make your system sound better.I gave it 4 stars because I was slightly disappointed and the sound quality compared to ab but but no means did it sound bad. If I didn't have the 5channel I totally would t mind using it to drive all my components as I was still impressed with the amp overall. If you look at the pic I was able to mount this on the ecu bracket and it is stealthAnother pro about running this over a AB class amp? It runs a lot cooler due to class D design so you can jam hard on this and doesn't get hot or go into protect. May Bridge it so both sides drive just the tweeters as I couldn't on the door speakers as they are 2 ohm so stereo it's OK but bridged it would most likely kill it as it isn't one ohm stable bridged

You have to have good speakers to handle the power you are going to give them
You can’t go wrong with a taramp and you better have some good speakers to handle the power from the amp I am 110 percent happy with ithemi

Hopefully just defective unit
The media could not be loaded. Received amp very quickly. Cudos to delivery driver. Connected amp up in house first. Kinda makeshift lab of sorts. 12V 30a regulated supply. Connecting power and remote easy peasy. Same with speakers. Although Taramps has unique methodology. 4 speakers, 2 of which are wired in series (new one on me?). Clearly amp isn’t happy with low impedance. With RCA cables connected, but no incoming signal. Slowly increased gain. The amp power supply was connected to voltmeter/ammeter. Before any gain adjustment, 12.2 volts and 0 amp(s). Increasing gain acted like an output stage bias adjustment. No signal, but current draw increasing substantially. Included a video. The RCA cables were disconnected and gain set approximately 20-25%. Starts at 0 amps, and all by itself increases to nearly 4 amps, then back down to 0 (protection circuit?). In the space of maybe 30ish seconds heat sink went from 73F to 103F. All speaker cables properly connected. No dead or partial shorts. Sending back to Amazon for refund. To test my lab rig connected ~15 year old 100wpc class AB plate amp. Worked great; no power, noise, or over current issues.

Very small
Good power for tweeters or car door speakers. The thing is very small doesn’t look nothing like the picture. Very small. Good peer for it’s size though.
