Risotto rice famous chefs use
After eating at Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas I decided to attempt to make risotto. I've never made it in my life and after 1 hour of making my dish... it was delicious. A simpler version of Gordon Ramsay's Lobster Risotto, but I think using the same type of rice (Arborio Rice) greatly helped. This rice was air tight and quality.

Wonderful Italian arborio rice!
This arborio rice from Italy is wonderful. My first time using this rice, a few evenings ago, I made a delicious cremini mushroom risotto and, of course, parmesan cheese, which turned out wonderfully. Highly recommend this rice for its excellent flavor, texture and appearance. Molto bene!
