The Lebanese Cookbook: Exploring the Food of Lebanon, Syria and Jordan

Whether I will follow one of the recipes exactly is doubtful, but I love this book. It is an inspiration. It has already influenced my cooking.

My issue with this book is that they don’t use the name of the dish. Falafel, I don’t want to say spicy bean ball. It’s falafel, easy peasy. Pizza is pizza not bread with cheese and pepperoni on top. It’s a decent book with nice pictures.

Recipes are not authentic.

Le livre a été décrit comme étant en bon état mais il est arrivé dans un état déplorable. Je n'aurais pas payé cette somme pour un livre dans cet état. Très déçu.
