When I initially received my order I noticed that the remote control was missing. The light itself worked as advertised with multiple settings depending on your mood. Since I was going to hang the light from the ceiling turning it on and off would have required a step ladder to do so as I was missing the remote control. I contacted the seller, which responded immediately and offered to send me a new unit. Within a few days the package arrived and this time it had the remote control as well as another light fixture. The remote control also offers a dimming option as well as being able to go through the various light options available.The light fixture needed 4 AA Batteries and the remote control already had the battery installed. A great light with a remote control for the price and a wonderful customer service experience with the seller who right away took care of the problem. Highly recommended.

It take a long time to bend out all of the wires and get them right. The batteries don’t last long but the lights are very pretty.

Bought these to hang in our gazebo for a lighting solution that doesnt require electricity and a cord hanging/running down to a power source.We can get strong winds and these hold up. The timer allows them to come on for 8 hrs, so I don't have to climb up and activate each night. They have a variety of modes (blinking, etc.) I went with the solid light.There's a hook on the battery back that makes for easy hanging and a ton of cord to adjust length.

Already, they don't work!!!!! They are supposed to be outdoor lights, but they got corroded in just 2 months time!

I bought one of these to put in my closet when I revamped it with glam features. It looks amazing and performs well! Everyone who tours the closet makeover or sees pics comments on it. I liked it so much that I bought a second one less than a week later for part of the master bedroom. It looked amazing too... through the first battery cycle. Before I changed the batteries the tiny led bulbs began to flicker as if the light was faulty. I changed the batteries twice, most recently with brand new ones just delievered from Amazon this past week- no improvement. Safety is not an issue since this is led and battery operated. However, the flickering/short in the bulbs really messes with the eyes and kills the relaxing mood that I know the light is capable of creating. Bottom line, when it works it is an amazing value and can really change a room. If purchased I would recommend keeping a close eye out for faults prior to the close of the return window. I use it intermittently for ambiance but I think I would have noticed the fault sooner if I had used it more often and not attributed the faulty flickers to batteries.

Looks great can’t wait to see them in camp.

UPDATE.After writing my review, I received and email from the company asking if I would like it replaced or refunded. I choose refund as I am not sure about the quality of the product, but I gave 5 stars because they did not have to refund since I didn't have the original wrapping to send it back. Also they did not ask for me to change my review. That type of commitment to customer service speaks volumes about their honesty. KUDOSI should have returned this when I first got it as the connection was not good. At first it didn't light up at all but then when I jiggled the connection it when on. When I changed batteries it would not light up. It is till in the return window but I can't find the original packaging so I won't be able to return it. To bad, it was nice when it was lit up but to expensive to use only once.

The media could not be loaded. Item was shipped without the ground stake, though that wasn’t a deal breaker, as the plan was to attach it higher in a tree to get above snow levels. However, as others have mentioned, there are little to no instructions. Item keeps turning off. Regardless of using the back buttons on the solar panel or the remote, lights will on stay on for 10 minutes before turning off. Not ideal. Really wanted solar for these “snowball” style hanging lights, but these just don’t seem to work.
