Chlorine Test Reagent Solution by A2O Water - Made in USA

I saw an independent video demonstration on a hosted you-tube channel promoting a home water purification system where the business owner took a glass of water from his own kitchen tap and added 3 drops of a chlorine-indicating solution to it. The water immediately turned a deep yellowish orange. He stated that indicated not only chlorine but, from his experience the dark shade of color, about 10 times the amount required to kill the bacteria present in their particular town water supply. He said the test kit was available on Amazon. I immediately placed my order. As soon as my product arrived in the Amazon delivery, I couldn't wait to test our Kitchen tap water for the presence and strength the chlorine in our kitchen sink tap water. I filled a glass, applied the 3 drops and waited. Nothing happened! I first thought I received a bad batch of the test solution. I remembered that we have a whole house water-softener using salt as the softening agent and thought maybe that was also somehow mitigating the chlorine, although that wasn't the purpose of the system. I then tested our outside tap water that is before the water-softening system and no color change happened there either. Puzzled, I decided to put a few drops of household laundry chlorine bleach in the same original glass of kitchen tap water already containing 3 drops of the test solution and bingo! The water immediately turned yellow! I knew the test solution was good but where was the chlorine in our drinking water? Chlorine is the first line of defense for disinfecting city water supplies as far as I knew. A past city I lived in had to start adding Ammonia along with the Chlorine once they reached the allowable limit for Chlorine. I reviewed a copy of our cities latest water quality report, and amazingly it stated Chlorine as a "below detection limit" compound! IN THE END, MY EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN THIS CHLORINE TEST KIT WORKS, AND IS BOTH FAST AND ACCURATE!

It works! I tested it on a known negative source and then on the source that I was suspicious of. It reacted within a few seconds.
