As someone who takes health and fitness seriously as a hobby, I’ve tried a lot of BCAA supplements over the years-and this one has earned a permanent spot in my routine. The biggest attribute to call out for this is the L-Glutamine that is in this drink. It is very rare to find a BCAA drink that has this so I hope this stays around till I stop working out and chugging water. Good taste and surprisingly doesn’t leave a weird “no sugar” after taste which is a plus.

I don't even know how many bottles of these I've gone through, but this Scivation Xtend BCAA powder is a staple in our house. We mix it up about one scoop to 2 quarts so it's not too strong for everyday drinking, and about a scoop to a liter for workouts and it's just been great to use as a non stimulant pre-workout, post workout, and general recovery drink. Our favorite flavors are Grape, Blue Raspberry, and Mango, but the Watermelon is also not bad. Great product, and Amazon has it for a great price. Our soda intake has dropped 95% since we started working out regularity and drinking BCAAs instead of sugary drinks. We feel better, are more in shape, have lost a lot of weight, and of course this isn't a weight loss drink, but it's all part of a balanced lifestyle which is a lot easier with a delicious taste and BCAA/Glutamine/Leucine to help with muscle recovery and hydration.

It was a good product, it kept me energized and tasted good, but it was too sweet. After a while, the powder stuck to me and it became like it was out of date, even though it hadn't expired yet.

I’ve always taken BCAA’s to support my workouts, both before and during. I think they’re great to keep me hydrated throughout and keep me going through longer workouts when I haven’t eaten much before. XTEND has the best ingredients and flavors, and I love that I can buy it in bulk like this to save on some of the cost.

Bought every month. Great brand and product. Check if u are using other products that have the same aminos in the same quantity so u dont buy if u dont need them cause it aint cheap. But it works

These contain more of the other minerals needed, so definitely a win for me. The grape is good, so is watermelon.

I’ve been a Scivation loyalist since I was introduced to the brand and their BCAAs in 2017. The product was amazing, gave me results, was affordable, and tasted phenomenal. It seems like about 3-4 years ago they must’ve changed the recipe or something because the taste has become incredibly unbearable and overly artificial. The watermelon flavor tastes like strawberry and the grape tastes like cough syrup. I loved the brand and I hate to have given them a review of 3/5 stars but unfortunately I can’t stomach the taste anymore and will be finding a new BCAA supplement. If you can deal with the taste it will give you the results you are looking for.

It's cheaper to get it in a bigger bottle. Have been drinking it, tastes good!
