The pen itself worked nicely, I was surprised by how effective it was following the guidelines on where to tap to relieve my back and neck pain! I've also tried it to reduce nausea which, again to my surprise, it did ease it for a time! You do feel the shocks to the hand holding the device too, but its nothing too intense. If your hands are sensitive to it, a glove should be worn on the hand operating it to reduce that tingling. The package arrived when promised and was in fine condition too.Unfortunately, I decided to test out the "tapping" head attachment (the roller bar) and went to take it back apart to replace in the box... and it won't unscrew. The roller will unscrew itself from the base and leave the base attachment stuck on the node. So I can no longer switch heads. I've contacted the seller about this, hopefully it's just a defective one. I will update my review/rating once the issue has been (hopefully) resolved.

I purchase this item because I had purchased something else similar model. I gave them to my family. This model because it was more on the budget side and design was similar. For pain relief, it function the same and it worked. What I do not like about was that I can feel slight electric current on the grip as well. It scared me at first but just had to get used to it. To cut cost I guess insulation this manufacturer had to be cut insulation as well. Otherwise, it would have been good item.

unable to hold it because it keep shocking me. it was a waste of money. i got this for my neck and shoulders.when i tried to use it it keep pinching my fingers (repeated shocks). i could not hold on to it. makes me wonder if the gel that was provided is what is causing this problem.ihave been meaning to contact you, so i glad you reached out to me. i am willing to try a replaced because i am a fan of this kind of therapy, so the one i received must be defective. any question please call me at 3157512650. thanks patty

The doctor said I was having panic attacks. He told me I need to fix wants going on in my head. For weeks I was like maybe this is just panic attacks. I thought maybe I was having a heart attack. Anyways what like 6 months down the line I'm still struggling, I bought this pen for headaches, but thought I'll use it around my heart area. That pain left, still comes and goes but got weaker!Also works great on headaches, back pain, foot pain.....

I expected lower end but this is complete crap. First it comes in a crushed and open box. The pen is cheaply made it rattles like it’s broken and then if you’re still dumb enough (I was) to turn this little torture device on it’ll shock you from both ends of the pen. I tried to get past setting 1 but I was truly afraid of the zaps it gives. I kept dropping the dang pen the zaps were bad! Do not waste your money on this!

The product is easy to use however I definitely don’t agree with all of its rave reviews. If I was a product returning kinda lady this would return to sender. It has had no positive results on myself or my husband. And the tiny amount of gel they send you is a joke. (It says you need to use the gel with the pen and you get MAYBE 8ml of the gel.

For the price you could assume it would be crap but I didn't expect it to be this crappy. The product is a good idea, but it is poorly made. I didn't put it past the first setting because it shocks you. Yes...IT SHOCKS YOU! Not only that, the box was open and crushed. Honestly, I think it was used. I can't even blame it on the courier because there was no tape on the box to stop it from opening. I will definitely be returning this.

Yes, I know that's what it was supposed to do. But it didn't shock me in the way it was intended. For some reason, this thing was also shocking the hand that was using it making it painful to use. In fact the shocking in my hand was more noticeable than the part that was supposed to provide electric stimulation.
