I used 2 of the 4 screws that came with it to hang an 80 lab bag. The reason I did is 1) the screws are huge and hard to sink. 2) they are so huge that I was afraid of splitting the beam if I sunk two more. The good news is 2 screws seem to be plenty for an 80 lb bag. As far as the value - it's really just a few pieces of hardware for $20 - but the hardware store does not seem to sell these things. Esp not the bracket that allows for 360 rotation.

At first I thought the bracket wasnt thick or strong enough to hold the weight of a 250lb bag but it is doing quite well in my living room. I dont leave the bag mounted as it is in my living room but during the Kick Boxing routine the bag bounces and swings heavily and the bracket is holding well. I would have only liked that the bracket was longer to install across beams to not put so much weight across my apartments beam. That would be the only reason I am giving the product a 4 star rating.

The black metal bracket that holds the bag’s weight is breaking down. It’s only a matter of time until it needs replacing. Not happy.

Solid. Been using it a while. Stretched out the o ring but just got a heavy duty carabiner to go in its place. 100 lb bag. The hole is showing wear from being used 3 to 4 times a week for heavy and double end bag use as well as with a pulley for weightlifting. This thing is solid. Highly recommend.

Very solid and very easy to install. i needed a heavy bag hanger that hung very close to the ceiling. I hung my heavy bag spring straight onto the hook. And the heavy bag is hanging directly from the spring

I initially suspended the bag with a single eye-hook; but this set up, coupled with a spring is both more secure, and quiets down the punches to the bag..

We purchased for our Everlast punching bag. This ceiling mount is well crafted and easy to install. The screws are solid and an ideal length. I feel quite confident that the mount will last years and years without issue.

So I have a Everlet heavey weight punching bag and wanted to set it up so i purchased this hanger. The welds and the materials used for this hanger were fantastic. But only having the hanger up for 3 days, the bolts that were holding it in snapped and made the hanger and bag fall. The ceiling that I had it mounted to now has four holes that are there until i fix it.
