Best makeup balm I’ve ever used, it has a very subtle sweet vanilla scent. It removed all my makeup within a matter of seconds. 10/10

Love it, gentle but feel clean after using. I used as a first clean and then go in with a second cleanser afterwards.

I use it as a first step on a 2 steps cleansing routine. Melts great in the skin. Smells nicely. I have sensitive eyes and feels uncomfortable on them so I would not recommend it to remove mascara. Does a great job over make up on skin. Leaves my skin soft and confortable. I have bought it again.

Good product. Nice to use and an effective cleanser but I don’t wear a lot of make up. Would prefer a more aromatic scent. This is slightly sickly but not offensive and am getting used to it now. The texture feels nice to apply. Leaves skin feeling good.

Lovely cleanser. Melts on your face and washes away easily and doesn't leave an oily film behind. Great for taking off eye makeup as well including mascara.

I received the Cleansing Balm by Banila and co a couple days ago. I've used this kind of formula before made by other brands. This one seem perfect for me,it didn't make my skin react badly like some others that I've tried,it removes even the stubborn waterproof make up and leaves a very soft skin. It has a very subtle fruity scent that i can barely smell,which is a good thing since artificial fragrance are usually very harsh for the skin. I really can recommend it and i will surely buy it again for myself! Plus if anyone is still wondering if it is a fake,it definitely isn't,so be sure about it and buy it without worries!

This product is normally brilliant but they must have changed to a copy company on Amazon to keep prices down as the correct product did not arrive. I use this balm regularly but have had to go to a more reputable source to buy it. The formula was more like a waterproof coating on my face rather than a cleansing balm. I needed to wash my face twice to get rid of it. I ended up with small red dots on my face but my skin is very sensitive so that may not happen for others. When I tried to contact Amazon or the seller about this it said no return could be made and no message would be sent. Product has gone in the bin. I recommend the actual cleansing balm just not through this seller.

I’ve tried lots of cleansing balms and this is definitely one of the best. Doesn’t leave a film on your skin or your eyes. It melts into a really oily consistency so I can imagine it will be great for taking off mascara. Very subtle smell and you don’t need much, left my skin lovely and hydrated afterwards.

Très bon baume démaquillant, je suis vraiment satisfaite. La texture fond parfaitement sur la peau, se transforme en huile au massage et retire le maquillage sans effort même sur les yeux, sans picotement. Il laisse la peau propre, douce, sans film gras ni sensation de tiraillement, ce que j’apprécie particulièrement. Le prix est raisonnable pour la qualité, et il en faut peu à chaque utilisation, donc le pot dure longtemps. Odeur légère, utilisation agréable : un bon produit que je rachèterai sans hésiter.
