I am tall, so naturally I have a longer than average torso. No shapewear has ever fit me properly, until I tried this waist trainer on, that is. It fits perfectly! No more awkward muffin top or digging into the skin below my chest. The quality also seems to be higher than most waist trainers I’ve tried on. It also doesn’t have that nauseating rubber smell that some corsets have.I’m a size 40-42 EU (I believe that’s a 12-14 UK) and size Medium fit me like a glove. However, I prefer a tight fit, so if you have the same measurements and want something a little more relaxed, I suggest choosing a Large.

I'm usualy size 18, so I ordered XXXL(the biggest one). It arrived really fast, and was packed really cute. At first touch I was a little intimated by the rubbery feeling, but after putting it on (and oh boy, it was a hard battle to squeeze myself into it :D) it was like second skin! Absolutely amazing! It feels really firm, I can feel myself always sitting and walking with straight back, i look about 3 sizes smaller and surprisingly I don't feel suffocating. The other amazing thing is that this waist trainer is really long and covers all parts that I need. The only flaw I encountered was sweating, and I mean sweating a lot. But all in all, it's worthy thing to buy!

Wow. This is a super quality waist trainer you can tell the quality from the packaging and the weight of the garment. I say garment but a more apt description would be device. It's kind of rubbery so don.t leave it in the dryer too long it holds heat incredibly.I bought a large but I'm a size ten (UK) I'm glad I did actually putting it on is workout in itself I tried wriggling myself in with the clasps all linked up I got as far as my bum and gave up. Then I tried clipping in clasp by clasp after about 20 minutes I was in and stayed in for 12/ 14 hours. Next day I managed to get it to it's tightest setting and it felt just bearable. I will keep using it at this level for the next week or so and then i hope to go down to a medium. Hopefully I will discover a way of getting myself in without all the gyrations and arm strains the material is just so strong. I think I will try clasping up the last 6/7 clasps wriggling in and then doing up the 8 or so as these are easiest to do up

When this arrived it looked tiny but it fits me.I ordered XL based on my jeans waist size (31) which isn’t the actual size of the smallest part of my waist though and if I’d ordered according to the chart, the item would’ve been way too big. XL fits me and i’m on the loosest of the 3 hooks. I can’t comment on whether this shrinks or shapes your waist permanently but when it’s on I look significantly (seriously) slimmer and toned, like there’s at least a dress size dropped from my torso. My stomach is flat and waist cinched in, even in jeans and a stretchy vest I can’t believe the difference....Strangely addictive.The fastenings on the front are slightly visible when wearing something very tight and Lycra. In a dress which is lined, you wouldn’t see but in a very clingy dress of a light colour or thin fabric, you would see the fastenings for sure thought they’re not bulky.It’s not too uncomfortable to wear, just feels a bit tight. It’s really stretchy fabric and didn’t take long to put on (5 mins), start with the lowest hook and work up.I feel strangely supported when it’s on and my lower back which is usually a bit tight, isn’t! I’m 6ft tall and the ‘long torso’ version is perfect for me. Wish i’d bought one sooner!

I thought I’d bought a size too small. I’m a 10-12 and purchased a medium after reading the reviews. But, with some perseverance and talcum powder I wriggled my way into it! So, some tips. Fasten the hooks and eyes to the size required; liberally dust your torso and the inside of the waist trainer with talcum powder and pull it on like a pair of shorts. A bit of a wriggle and readjustment sees you securely in the corset. When you want to remove it just undo the hooks. I’ve seen results after three days. Highly recommended.

This is fantastic! The first waist trainer to actually fit a long torso.I am a size 8/10, and purchased the medium which fits perfectly.

This is fantastic, works amazing, I’d recommend this one as it’s that bit longer so you don’t get the muffin top trying to escape! I got a size smaller then I am after reading reviews and I’m glad I did. This is well worth the money and I recommend it to anyone that wants to smooth out your figure under clothes or nip in at waist. The only criticism I have is that I’d prefer if it had a zip as doing up all the hook an eyes is a 2 person job!!

I gave four stars only because of the rubbery smell which I suppose can’t be helped given that it is made partly of latex but the quality is excellent and it’s comfortable to wear under garments. Sizing was perfect for me so all in all it was a good buy
