I bought a few weighted blankets before I settled on this as the best. I returned a few as one other brand, I didn't like the color, then decided to try a heavier weight in another brand. I found that since the 12 lb is weighted in a smaller size blanket than the 15 lb., that it actually feels heavier, in a good way on the body. The 15 lb was a bigger blanket so the weight was spread out and it felt lighter. I have had this blanket for almost a year. I bought the Zonli Cooling Bamboo Duvet Cover For Summer with it and it is a super soft cover that stays put with the ties in the corner. I have had no problems whatsoever with this blanket, no beads spilling out, no bad distribution of the beads, it's really perfect and has held up like new. Zero complaints whatsoever and I sleep solid without waking up almost all night. Completely different than sleeping without the blanket. This review is overdue and I keep realizing this company deserves a great, honest review for a fantastic product, no regrets with this purchase and it does contribute to a great night's sleep!

I use this for my side of queen bed, my spouse doesn't want a weighted blanket. It's just the right size and weight for 5'6", 195# adult age mid 60s.

I was excited to find a white weighted blanket in 12 pound weight. I had been looking for one for months. I already had a 10 pound “kids size” blanket that I love and use around the house but I wanted one to go on my bed. Unfortunately this one didn’t work for me. Even though it was technically 2 pounds heavier that my other weighted blanket, it felt much lighter because the weight was distributed across a bigger blanket. The weight distribution wasn’t very even and the blanket was loud whenever you would move. I would recommend a smaller blanket with the same weight and one that has minky fabric because they are much quieter.

I don’t know how they managed it, but this weighted blanket isn’t too hot. I’ve had that issue in the past, but not with this one. It’s cozy from the weight without being stifling. Would recommend.
